We have lived in McKinney for 17 years and had a bit of an emergency today. B & D was referred to us by another reputable plumbing company in the area as we needed a quicker turn around. Bill was out to our house within an hour following another job. He was nothing short of amazing and is to be committed for being a local independent business in McKinney and delivering on quality work. It was a God send in a moment of frustration to have be responsive and attentive after a washing machine that was delivered and supposed to be hooked up could not due to a plumbing issue with the connection/valves! Thank you Bill and we will for sure call on this company again in the future! Highly Recommend!

John came by to fix my kitchen sink. Called about 15 minutes before he got here, and arrived within the estimated window. He was quick and professional. I'll definitely call them again if we need work in the future!

Called them to check out a potential leak on main feed line to home. They were very prompt in arriving and determined that the house water line was NOT leaking. Suggested I have the irrigation company check their lines, they had already supposedly checked, and reported no leak. Plano Plumbing and Leak detection positively demonstrated no house water leak. They would not even accept payment for their time, highly honest and ethical company. I would highly recommend they to anyone!!!

We've used Pro-Service for well over 10 years now (maybe more). Always reliable, professional, and Tom knows what he's doing. Latest issue was a gas leak - found it immediately, figured out what needed to be done, and was taken care of. Pricing is always fair and quality of work is exceptional.

Our living room area had some wall cracks and we called the company to fix them up. The technician who came was very prompt and did the job fast. Keep up the great job!

After making a service appointment a week in advance and taking a day off from work I had the pleasure via Kook and Son of being stood up. After waiting till noon I called to check on the arrival time only to be told same amazing Emercency had happen and the entire company was needed to help make repairs. After rushing to check local and national news to maybe hear of a heat issue in a childrens hospital or maybe the White house there was nothing, then I checked to see if my money was still green. How unprofessional can you be to not atleast call and inform me of the EMERCENCY call that crippled the company and blew me off. . It will be a cold day in hell before I give these people any of my money thanks for nothing.
