I called late in the day around 8 and Josh showed up at 10:00 within an hour he had me back up and running. Let me share with you I had just had a another company out 2 weeks and 2 days earlier and before that 2 months for same problem. I am very happy with the work Josh did and feel very confident will not have to call anyone out again except for my normal 6 - 8 month tree root removal. Josh was very friendly and explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Also Tom was great when I called in for service and got someone out ASAP.

Came out to look at a pressure regulator they put in a little over a year ago, told me this one was bad and it’ll be $795 to replace it. I told him the part should be under warranty it hasn’t been two years since you put it in. After another phone call to his boss the valve was no longer the issue and it’s a calcium buildup (funny how the diagnosis changed so fast after warranty was brought up and they weren’t going to get my $800), they wanted to flush the lines to see if that would resolve the issue. I asked how much that would cost and was told it’s part of the $89 service fee to come out. After “flushing the lines” which was just adjusting the pressure on the regulator and turning on the spout outside for 5 minutes I was told that will cost $320! I paid the $89 and was told not paying the full amount would void the warranty which is fine by me. Just felt like a big scam job and not good business practice. Won’t use them again.

Over the years I've grown to distrust plumbers due to getting over charged and lied to. Not to mention when you get a plumber that just half ass does the job and charge very high prices. I've been a home owner for 10 years and over the years my pipes have been getting clogged over and over and I've dealt with several companies through the years. So when my main sewer pipes got clogged again I decided to try a new company. I got quoted two prices over the phone with LV Rooter which was refreshing. Most companies would say ID have to look at it first before I can quote you and then charge a service fee. LV Rooter Dan uses up to date equipment that 97% percent of the plumbers don't have. I actually had Dan come out and he educates you during the whole process of unclogging your pipes. I had the hydrojetting and camera done. To be honest I don't know why anybody wouldn't use the hydrojetting. Dan pinpointed the problem and discovered there was a sag or belly in the plumbing line. He suggested the fix and remedies and even referred a guy but stated it would be better to just do it myself. I myself know as a business owner exceptional customer service is what sets a business apart from businesses out to just do the job the fastest cheapest way. I put LV Rooter Dan at the #1 spot for best plumber in the business. You get a sense that he cares and he's definitely not out to gouge your pockets. It's refreshing to find an honest business company that goes the extra mile to help you and educate you at the same time. If you have any kind of stoppage or clogs in your house you MUST call the business!

Called to scheduled an appointment for a broken sink at 7AM. Great, I thought, I can get this in before work. 7AM, no one shows. Called the office at 7:30, says they don't open until 8AM. Okay... maybe I heard the time wrong? Left a message. 8:15AM, still nothing. Called again, receptionist on phone confirmed my appointment for 7AM. She said she would try and figure out what was going on... but I needed to head out to work, I didn't have time to wait for them to figure it all out. (Plus it seems they didn't even get the message I left!)

We had a fantastic experience. Terri helped us get set up with an appointment easily. The day of our work I received multiple calls from Shanna with updates on the timing of our appointment. Mathew and an apprentice repairman completed the drain clearing efficiently and answered all questions.

After a brief inspection of my plumbing problem (Scott) the plumber said it seemed to be a quick fix and would be back in the morning to get started.
At 10:15 he or his crew is a no show.
I call him and he says he is still coming. 1:45 I call him a second time he says yes he is still coming. At 4:00 pm he is still a no show so I call a third time. By now I assume he has recognized my phone number and will not answer.
Reliable Rooter And Plumber does not live up to its name nor do they deserve the one star above.
The very least I deserved a phone call saying you will not be able to make the repair.
This company is not reliable.
Don't wast your time waiting for them to show up. BV
