My names Tony and I dont usually write reviews but we were soo pleased with the repair and the people, I contacted Jake and to let him know I appreciated Jessie's ( the tech that came out) professionalism, the initial greeting, having patience with the questions not making us feel like hes in a rush and just haveing a positive attitude it made our day better, and same goes with jake ,great first impression and experience meeting both of them, that your company will be on our to go guy business for friends and family! The best in self entertainnent

Paul (owner of Sav-On Plumbing) has always been professional, on time, and honest with his assessments and fixes. We've used their services for approximately 10 years now and each time, they did not disappoint! One time, we got the water heater replaces because it was leaking and Paul suggested that we replace it. So we did to avoid any kind of further disaster..... fast forward to when a city inspector needed to pass an unrelated item of home improvement, but commented on how excellent of a job the new water heater was done. That says it all.....

Jeffrey Jordan and his team at Jordan Plumbing do great work. I have been working with them for years as plumbing issues arise. I recently had them come out to help with a drain trap replacement. They did a good job at a reasonable price and helped me with some other plumbing questions I had. Glad to see they are still going strong in Durham.

I had 2 clogged downspouts so I called a plumber but he couldn’t do the work so he recommended Advance Sewer & Drain. I called them on a Monday (after hours) then received a call the next morning saying they could come out the same day. Not even 2 hours later Sean from Advanced was here. He cleared my clogged downspouts and assessed the other 2. Sean had great manners and was so professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the price! Nice work 😊

Johnny was great. He came in and diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong, and got to work on the repair. He was professional and pleasant. Once finished he made sure everything was on working order wand watertight. Great job!

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

I called Jim on a Saturday afternoon asking for help with a shower faucet that would not shut off. He explained he was 100 miles out of town, but would call another plumber to assist. He came through and the other plumber contacted me within 15 minutes. He drove out within the hour and fixed the problem. Very nice, polite, and will definitely keep this info in my urgent file contacts!

Practical Remodeling is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They show up on time, they care about the quality of their work and they work with their customers. These guys are amazing and provide a quality service. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them for future projects.
