Don did excellent work for us. He diagnosed and fixed a leak in the master bathroom. He then repaired drywall damage from the leak as well. The repair looks better than the rest of the garage ceiling. He also fixed the rotten wood at the base of our garage door... won’t have to worry about future issues there as Don used weather resistant material to fix. And a lot cheaper than buying a new door as recommended by another contractor! While he was at it he fixed the wobbly base plate of the door (Rock steady now). We also had him replace our sink in the laundry room with a better one. Through all of this Don shared numerous Valuable DIY tips that I’m sure will come in handy. He is professional, punctual and has the drive to do things the right way. I would highly recommend Don...A pleasure to work with. Thanks Don! Great work!!

Tiburcio’s plumbing is a Hispanic owned business that gives very honest reviews.
They replace my hot water tank for under $500 while other vendors wanted to charge me up to $1800. They’re honest hard-working and very humble especially Enrique who I believe is the owner. Please request them with your home warranty service providers and you will save a lot of money from my experience.

Sam and Clayton were great! They worked well together and got right down to business of replacing my air conditioner. I live in an apartment, so it’s important for people to be on time and show up. They covered both and I think were even early! Sam explained every step along the way, so I wasn’t surprised by anything. He took great care to make sure he isolated the working area and cleaned it up when he was done to the point of even wiping things down, thoroughly. It was hard to tell that he had even been there. I appreciated his attention to detail and the pride he took in his workmanship. They were both professional, respectful and good natured. It was important to them that the job was done right. Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. Addam was great we called he was able to fit us in same day. He figured out what was wrong and replaced us with a new water conditioning system which we are excited about. We now won’t have to worry about this unit leaking every other month. We will for sure refer our friends and family to Plumb Serve we would use them again for sure !! I would definitely recommend. I had CK's to my house today to clear a drain line and replace a hose bibb. They were on-time and called in advance, a big plus for me! Terrible experience with this company. His final price came in 75% higher than his original estimate and when I told him he needed to negotiate with me to work out the huge indescrepency in price he threatened to have me arrested and filed a complaint against me with the state attorneys office. We ended up paying him what he asked for just because he seemed so unstable and aggressive and we really didn’t want to have to deal with him anymore. My husband felt it was better to give this thief what he wanted and just walk away then fight him over $1400 dollars. Definitely dishonest and not even a good plumber since we have had issues with his work since then. Would give him a zero star review if that were an option.
