They used the best technology to camera and identify leak and helped come up with most cost effective and efficient way to repair my broken pipe. Cure all was transparent with pricing any extent of damage. I would definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

Greg Scoggins of Happy Home worked with us when we had to buy a new heating/cooling unit. He answered all our questions and facilitated our purchase. The installation of the new unit went very smoothly. Today Ivan came out to do the quality control on the unit and, again, was happy to answer all questions and explained what he was doing at each step.

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional.
