I was having a problem with my water heater. Terry came to my house on a same-day appointment. He arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a simple solution. Although Terry was at my home for 30 minutes, he did not even charge me for a service call. I am very impressed with his integrity. Terry is honest and professional. I highly recommend his service, and will continue to use him in the future.

Victor and his team are the best at what they do. They see the problem, know the answer and give options. Each time I’ve worked with them, they’ve also attacked the problem right then and there.

They did not clean my drains, but provided me with information about my problem. I appreciate them for the info, and saved me a lot of money.

Our main line was blocked. After looking through local plumbers and reading reviews I called Aspen. The guy that showed up (Scott) was excellent. He cleared the line quickly and charged a very fair rate. As long as I live in Gilbert, Aspen will be our preferred plumbing service.

After buying our “new” home that supposedly had “new plumbing”, we had multiple issues pop up the first month. Randy, Israel and their supervisor, John, took the time to explain the repairs that needed to be made and offered a fair price for the work. I highly recommend them all for your plumbing needs. I also never felt rushed or pressured to decide on my repair decisions.

Awful customer service experience, probably the worse I've ever had, anywhere, with any product or service:

Trey, their customer service contact is rude, disrespectful, and not at all helpful.

Here are the details that lead me to say that:

First the company was asked to contact us to meet them at the property to go over the details of the repairs needing done and have a conversation in person. They did not do that, they just went and called after they had visited the property. Not a huge deal but not great.

Second, they were to submit to diagnosis into my home warranty within 24 hours of the home visit. Once this did not happen I and the warranty company tried reaching out (Trey is the only contact number available for the company). He would not answer or return my calls or the home warranty calls after several voicemails and texts. Finally he starts communicating but only through text with me even though I simply texted asking him to call me.

Third, he tells me via text that Mark, the technician was still working on the diagnosis and would call when it was ready. I informed him that it is required to be submitted within 24 hours, which had already passed. He only would tell me that Mark would do it when it was ready.

Trey would not provide me Mark's contact number to have the home warranty authorization department reach out to him, but then he said that Mark had already tried calling it in and could not get ahold of anyone and would try again later.

So either the fact that it was not yet ready or the statement that Mark had already tried calling was a lie.

I had the home warranty company on the phone ready to reach out and Trey still would not give me Mark's direct number, and said if they called him he could not connect them to Mark.

Instead he suggested just cancelling the service so they could assign a different contractor. I asked him to please not do that because I had an emergency water leak and needed it addressed immediately.

The home warranty informed me there is an online portal to submit the diagnosis so that should have been used instead of calling first anyway.

The home warranty offered to call the company but Trey insisted that he knew what he was doing and that they had to initiate the call so would not give me Mark's number.

He was rude and disrespectful by stating that Mark is on another job and you will have to wait for him to finish that,... I'm sorry you don't understand that

He then offered to cancel the job again.

I asked him to not cancel the job and even pointed out that despite this poor customer service I was dealing with they still had an opportunity to earn a good online review from me.

He then said I'm going to cancel this job with home warranty since we can't please you

Jess and Kaleb came to my rental property to troubleshoot my kitchen faucet. Prompt, professional, friendly and on time. My supply valve and faucet had to literally be sawed off from mineral damage. They replaced the supply valve, immediately contacted the property manager for a replacement faucet, and it was installed within an hour. Left the work area clean, everything done right the first time. Kaleb had come out a few months ago to replace my garbage disposal, same prompt, professional, friendly service. I can't say enough good things about this business.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
