He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Very pleased-thorough and professional

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Excellent customer service! They are honest, on time, detailed and do awesome work! Their prices are very reasonable! We are thankful that we hired them! They exceeded our expectations! Brian provides great service! I have used him twice now. He is very nice, does great work fast, and very responsive to communication. He is prompt and will give notice as soon as he can should unpredictable delays come up. This is big for me as many will just leave you waiting and wondering why they are late or if they'll show up at all. Thanks, Brian!

I called them today because I had a few questions and the owner was fairly rude. I would expect a lot more from an owner. I could not believe it. I will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.

My technician was Sven! I give him 100 stars! He was very professional and knowledgeable of the services. He and his assistant. They were diligent in finding the problem and fixed the problem within a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend Sven and Blanton services again!

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.
