Was referred to this company by Gold Star plumbing. They were able to come within an hour of calling them to check a broken fuse on our circuit breaker. Though they didn’t have the right fuse type to replace it, they went to Home Depot to purchase the correct one. Overall they were very quick, knowledgeable, and showed me how to replace the fuse in the future. I appreciate the great service!

RJ and Demarco are a Father and Son team that did an AMAZING job for us. We were in a situation that we needed to remodel a small apartment bathroom after it had flooded. We had gutted the bathroom and purchased a shower kit to install. Unfortunately, after our contractor was not able to finish the job, we had tried several other companies/handyman in Anchorage that either were not available, job was too small, booked out several months, a no-show, or the quality of work was poor. Demarco had reached out to me after I made a post on the NextDoor app. He was quick to respond, gave me a call, and scheduled a free consult to go over our project the next day.

Demarco and RJ are such a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly. They both made suggestions on what we needed and the quality of work is superb. They installed the proper insulation behind the shower, fixed venting for the bathroom fan, installed the shower and drywall, waterproofed the floor, installed flooring, and installed the toilet/vanity. Plus, they painted the bathroom fresh and looks new! They gave us a proposal and were able to work that week and finished before the projected time. I actually ended up hiring them to do more work for us to have our apartment ready to rent again. It really restored my faith that there are people out there who have a passion for their work and treated our home like theirs. They took care of all the supplies, cleaned up the workspace pristine, and were flexible if we asked for more services or changes. Super easy and was such a relief to be taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They have done two major projects for me - plumbing my kitchen for a gas stove, and replacing a water heater. They are personable, considerate, they do exactly what they say they will and their pricing is completely humane. The second project, my water heater, required a little troubleshooting before they could determine the problem for sure. Their communication was good, and I felt really well taken care of. A seriously good business.

I called Ando Plumbing to install a new sump pump but ended up having much more work done. When their technician Ken began the pump installation he discovered that water from the sanitary sewer line was making its way into the sump, probably due to a corroded sewer line. Our home was built in the 1950s. Ken gave me a written estimate to break open the basement floor and repair the sewer line. Ken and Joe returned the following week to make the repair. However, corrosion of the sewer line was extensive necessitating complete replacement. Rather than replacing the underground sewer line Ken recommended installing a less costly hung sewer line which I agreed to. Work was begun that day and completed the next day. Throughout the project Ando’s technicians were professional , courteous and friendly. They took care to protect our flooring while moving their tools, equipment and supplies into and out of our home. They minimized the time that we would not be able to use our plumbing . And they cleaned up their work space before leaving. I am completely satisfied with Ando’s work, would use them again and would recommend them.

Amazing customer service, great techs, have done maintenance, whole house carbon filtration system purchase and install, and water softener system purchase and install.

Very satisfied!! They came in a pinch! Super friendly honest plumbers that will make sure the job gets done. Most 24 hour dudes are crooks but these guys are super reasonable. I recommend them to anyone in Jersey City.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
