Just needed help with DIY bidet install and needed a three way adaptor. Salesman with phillies red hat was terribly unhelpful and blamed me buying stuff from amazon was my mistake. Never coming again

I never been inside the store before just so happened a customer of mines had car trouble right in front of his business, as I was working on his car one of the employees came out front and ask if anything's he could do, I replied everything else okay it's a transmission line that came loose I'm just reattaching the line and he before explaining the transmission line offered to plug a tire what you thought we had a flat. I thought that was very helpful of that employee. Your service he offered outside of the establishment I could see great service and inside as well.

I ran into a few issues with my tub drain (it's a older house with original plumbing). I visited them early this morning and they had everything I needed. Huge inventory and great customer service. Thanks to the professional guy working the counter. (I'll update when I get your name)

Angie and ED were great. I needed a 75 gallon water heater asap . Excellent customer service. Explained everything in detail. The price was reasonable. Provided delivery service. They did everything they could to help me. I will be recommending this company to everyone. I encourage Philadelphia to support this local business.
