The staff is knowledgeable. However, buyers beware of their return policy. Read the fine print on the back of the receipt before walking out of the store because they won't disclose them to you. This is even more important when they open up the packaging for any tool before you buy it. If you find that you don't need the tool after all, good luck! You won't get a refund even if it was unused and they were the ones who opened it!

This is a real deal plumbing store. The guys know their merchandise and the industry well and are able to make suggestions. I also appreciated that I was treated well even though I was a first time customer, not a plumbing professional, and making a small purchase. Plus they were nice to my kid. This is my new go to place for anything plumbing related.

These gentlemen have every imaginable plumbing part. Don't bother wasting your time at Home Depot or Lowe's. They are extremely generous with their knowledge. And they are very patient for DIY's like myself.

Prices are a little high in comparison, but not too excessive. Staff is always super helpful over the phone and in store. Gotta love these guys!
