Had a very positive experience with Ed. I am a tenant and had a leak with my sink but could not get in touch with my landlord. I called multiple places and Ed responded quickly (within 15 minutes), we discussed and diagnosed the likely problem via Facetime so he would be prepared with the fix rather than having to come back a second day with parts. My landlord had a plumber he used consistently, so we did not end up using Ed's services, but he was very professional, courteous, and responsive and would recommend giving him a call when needed.
