A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Coast Plumbing Heating and Air for any of the services they provide.

I had a water heater leak and flooded my basement. Kings Plumbing is the only company out of 10 calls that would answer my call. They were at my house in less than one hour. I got the water heater replaced and they referred the best restoration company, who got here in the same amount of time. The price was fair and the guys were extremely professional and i would highly recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing work. Thanks Kings Plumbing you guys are lifesavers.

I called because my second floor bathroom wasn't draining, they came and told me it was the main sewer line, they cleaned it and said that will fix the issue, unfortunately that didn't fix the second floor but it save me from having water damage on my basement due to sewer backup. Mark The owner of Roto Rooter called me to apologize for the inconvenience he was very professional and friendly.

Technician Sam arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions about the contract and the service. If you dont accept their bid, you lose $89.99, but I understand it costs to run techicians out for estimates. The whole club membership seems unnecessary and they were higher than other estimates but the overall experience was positive.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

Just had Zach come by to check out a sudden leak. When it is an issue with your home, the most important factor is timeliness and knowing they care as much as you care. Glenn and Zach are our new go to plumbers!

They have the best customer care support and they are fast to provide service, very reliable, with the best plumbing equipment at hand! Would definitely use them again and would really recommend them for all ur heating and plumbing needs!

Paul was new to us when he came to fix a burst pipe in our basement. He came highly recommended on Next Door. He was terrific! Not only did he fix the problem, he also worked with us on preventing the issue from happening again. He installed an outdoor spigot that was far superior to the one we had. He offered to replace it with the same one or do the upgrade - our choice. We chose the slightly more option and it works so much better. We are very grateful to Paul for his professional work, his can-do spirit, and his advice. We will definitely contact him when we have another issue.

They kept me informed at every stage of the job. I feel that the price they charged me was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future. The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
