I just moved into a new house. The master bath had a ball joint shower arm. I could not find an adapter to fit. Called Calla Plumbing....the gentleman suggested I change the arm. Not being mechanical, he explained the process. I followed his advice and was successfully able to change the shower arm and install a standard shower head. Everything worked to a T, no drips, sprays, etc. Thank you very much.....you have a customer for life!

Went to repair my own faucet and realized while doing the install that one of the shut off valves was leaking. I needed help ASAP on a Saturday and they responded very quickly and I was VERY pleased with the service and the price. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called on July 3rd after Duke cut off our gas due to a gas leak. Appointment was scheduled but the tech never called. I realize it was a holiday. Just bad timing i guess. Not holding it against them. Maybe next time.

We had originally hired a highly recommended handyman to update some shutoff valves in our basement and he made a mess of our plumbing and left us with a wet basement and no water at 10pm at night. We called Calla Plumbing and Pat arrived at our home within 30 mins and had us back up and running within the hour! We couldn’t be more happy with the work that was done. Absolutely one of the best plumbers in Cincinnati. We had a plumbing emergency on New Years Eve and they showed up as promised and did not charge a premium. Our normal plumber was too busy and 3 other companies would not guarantee a show. So nice that this company kept the promise and showed. I highly recommend them...regardless of what part of the city you are located in.

Today our toilet tank cracked and water was EVERYWHERE on the bathroom floor! After being told by our home warranty company that this was not something that was covered under our warranty I called 3 different plumbers. Each one told me that they couldn’t send a plumber out until tomorrow. Mind you this is our ONLY working toilet in the house! The last plumbing company referred me to Pat. I called and even though Pat had so much else going on he was able to move things around and got to us within an hour. Pat SAVED THE DAY!!! The price was also VERY reasonable! I called this company to replace a sump pump battery, which Pat did with no problem. A month later the sump pump alarm was going off, so I called again to have him come out and see what was wrong. I called on a Wednesday and Pat gave me a Friday appointment, sadly he didn't call or show. A simple phone call would have been courteous and I would have understood if he was backed up. We had no hot water and couldn't figure out what was wrong with our water heater. I called in the morning and left a message explaining our problem. Within 2 hours Calla had called me back and were on their way . The plumber was actually able to fix the problem and we had hot water . we decided to go ahead and install a new heater since ours was 20 years old. All was done by mid afternoon. Great service. Great experience.

We've used Calla Plumbing twice now and we couldn't be happier. They have the nicest crew you could ask for. They are efficient and very reasonably priced. Here is what they fixed for us: 1) First visit: We had low water pressure throughout the whole house. Calla replaced a water pressure regulator that was corroded and our water pressure is excellent again. 2) Second visit: The kitchen sink and the upstairs shower stopped draining. Calla came out immediately and cleared a clog in a stack and put a cleanout valve in that stack so it can easily be accessed if it ever clogs again. The drains are running perfectly again.

I also used Calla Plumbing to install a water hydrant for a non-profit I volunteer for. They did the job for $500 less that the last time we had it replaced.

I am thrilled with this company! They are the epitome of honesty, integrity and competence which can be rare to find these days.

I'm so impressed with these plumbers; they were right on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They got right to work and the price was very reasonable. They installed a new laundry tub with new faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and installed a new outdoor faucet and shut-off. The previous laundry tub had been a double, and the new one was a single sink, but they were able to retain most of the original water lines to the tub, so there was less labor and less cost. I will definitely be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Pat came over on New Years Eve after leaving his house and made it to mine in about 5 minutes. He fixed my sump pump within an inch of flooding my basement. He went well above and beyond. This is the second time we’ve had Calla out in an emergency. The first was a clogged drain line at my son’s birthday about 5 years ago. Again, they were right over and I didn’t have to send all my guests home.

I have used Calla at my house several times over the years and they have always been able to get me on their schedule quickly and their prices have always been reasonable. I called them for my Mom this morning and they were there an hour after I left the message. They called and told me they would be there in 15 minutes so I left work and went to meet them and they were there exactly when they told me they would be. I appreciated that very much! Had a shower leak. I tried everything to get it fixed and couldn’t so I feared the worst, a pipe leak behind the wall that would cost thousands in remodeling. Called Calla and Jeff was out within an hour. Went through everything, found the issue and fixed it within an hour. Even needed to go out and buy a part to fit my house’s old plumbing.
