Paul was very knowledgeable and upfront through our multiple plumbing issues. He rearranged his schedule in order to get our new water heater installed within 36 hours of contacting him and everything went smoothly. He also offered advise and even fixed our running toilet (free of charge) when he noticed it was running. He goes above and beyond expectations to explain his approach has tons of good information available on his website. I will continue to use and recommend Paul to friends & neighbors for any plumbing services!

Paul was new to us when he came to fix a burst pipe in our basement. He came highly recommended on Next Door. He was terrific! Not only did he fix the problem, he also worked with us on preventing the issue from happening again. He installed an outdoor spigot that was far superior to the one we had. He offered to replace it with the same one or do the upgrade - our choice. We chose the slightly more option and it works so much better.
