This is the second time we have used Petit plumbing, would not use anybody else at this point. They are quick, efficient, and very fair priced!

I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.

We had Coulehan Plumbing come do work in our two bathrooms and it was great. Bunch of unexpected problems popped up (weird choices by former owners), but Jerry handled them all perfectly and quickly. Super friendly and the work is excellent. Highly recommend - Coulehan is now our go-to plumber.

Jeremy is a true professional that quickly determined the problem and made a very important temporary fix and made arrangements for the permanent repair that could not be completed until after the other utility lines in the yard had been had been appropriately marked. My parents referred me to Mark Keane 2 years ago when I was moving out of my home. We were trying to move a Seccua water system and other companies didn't have the experience and said they would have to charge for extra time to research. Odd, but true. Mark got the job done and the price was about half of what we expected. Fast foward to today, we had an issue with a crack in a pipe. I called and spoke with Christie. She was so kind and helpful and she talked me thru the issue, allowed me to text pics, and provided so much consulation that even when I realized this would be covered by a home warranty I still wanted Mark to come out so that I could have peace of mind. I totally trust this company. He did what he could for me but stopped short of what would be safe to wait on for the warranty to cover. We even tried to get him to do the work but he said we were safe to stop where we were and to let the warranty cover the rest. By the way, the home warranty company still hasn't called or come out and we are approaching the 24 hour mark. Hmmm. I wonder what that water bill would have been if I didn't have Mark out to the house.

This place is pretty worthless, and now I'm a little mad at myself for not reading these reviews first...These are all true. This company has no sense of time management or sense of customer service for keeping appointments and letting the customer know when they will not be able to make it. Two days in a row now I've taken time off work to have them be a NO SHOW! Terrible! Don't call this place, do what you can to go somewhere else!
