Advanced Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Made appointment for which they did not show. Made arrangements for th he following weekend and was a no call/no show. Couldn't reach them by phone and text his cell. He stated he had something happen to which was out of his control. Gave one last chance...it is now 3 hours past the expected time to show. NEVER Recommend this company to anyone! TERRIBLE! Ruined 3 weekends waiting around. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I just wanted to share my experiences with Randy the plumber from Advanced Plumbing Services. In total, I have given him about $3000 worth of plumbing work, and I am another very unhappy and frustrated customer. To be fair, Randy appears to be competent in copper pipe soldering. That said, he left me with three unfinished plumbing issues, and disappeared for more than 3 and half months, despite almost weekly reminders, calls, text messages. When I can get a hold of him on the phone, he always apologize and reassured me that the will take care of me, and “button things up” for me. He said he has some illness and in and out of hospitals, but after he recognize me on the phone, he modified his cheerful tone to a more sadder and weaker one such that he appeared too weak to work on my project. This has happened several times. I grow frustrated about this lip services and total unprofessionalism and total lack of respect for customers. When you need to hire a plumber, do a google search and read about people’s experiences, like this one.

This place is pretty worthless, and now I'm a little mad at myself for not reading these reviews first...These are all true. This company has no sense of time management or sense of customer service for keeping appointments and letting the customer know when they will not be able to make it. Two days in a row now I've taken time off work to have them be a NO SHOW! Terrible! Don't call this place, do what you can to go somewhere else!

This guy is great. Professional and reasonably priced. Had to wait for him to get there but he is a one man operation so it's all good.

Randy came out and fixed problems for my grandmother and I several time. He’s a great guy and a man of his word. He has been my main plumber for awhile now. He gets the job done and always has a reasonable price.

Had to use these guys on my Home warranty. Took off all day. They never showed, never called and never answered their phone. Whatever the cost call someone else. Would give them a negative star if they had them

I called over a weekend and scheduled an appointment for 8:00-8:30 am on the following Thursday. The person scheduling my appointment confirmed that they would call me 15 minutes before arriving. Advanced Plumbing Services no-called and no-showed on the appointment. I had already taken off work and made arrangements to make this appointment. After calling for 3 hours I was not able to get through to a person, nor did I receive a response. Expect no-calls and no-shows with Advanced Plumbing.
