The man that came was very knowledgeable & helpful. He took the time to explain about what my heater needed, how it worked & he wasn't the installer. The installer never took the time to do this. I will definitely call them in the future.

I called BET mid-afternoon because my outdoor gutter drain pipe was overflowing. Brandon came to see and assess the problem the next morning. He quickly identified the problem of a blocked and broken drain line that ran from my house to the curb. He was able to return 3 days later to repair the broken pipe.

Brandon was clear in his explanation of the problem, and in how to correct it. He gave an honest and reasonable estimate, and returned in a timely manner to do the repair work. He and his assistant were friendly, polite, and professional throughout the entire process.

I needed a gas line run for my dryer. They were fast, responsive and reasonably priced AND they worked with me around my schedule. When the water company came knocking on our door to alert us of a leak within our service line we immediately contacted Brian with Diesel Plumbing. He provided clear instruction on what we needed to do. We contacted the leak detection company and alerted Brian to when our appointment was scheduled. Shortly after the leak detection company came and completed their assessment Brian arrived and evaluated the situation, he put a plan in place and was back with his machines first thing Monday morning! It was a messy job but Brian and his team got the job done within hours and got us back on the up and up with the water company! We highly recommend Brian for any of your plumbing needs! Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

Another company quoted me $4500 to fix a collapsed sewer pipe that could not be simply unclogged. Poilluci came out for a second opinion and was able to unclog the drain in five minutes saving me $4500 from those scammers. Thank you Poilluci for providing an honest, reliable service.
