8.16.13 Friday after work and with a cold, the last thing I wanted to hear was water spewing from my pipe under the house. I was put in the que and John's Plumbing came and did a good job!

Set up an appointment for a pump out on Friday. Called Friday morning to confirm that it would today (Friday) between 10am -2pm. They never showed. Called to ask when they would come out and was told that they had us for tomorrow, Saturday. Wasted a whole day waiting for them. I don't understand why they confirmed for today then.

Always rather use local guys. Came over Dave day to clear out our main line!

Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Our first experience with Complete Comfort has been outstanding, and we eagerly look forward to working with them again.

Drain Genie was great start to finish! I called around 6 on a week night and had someone out the next morning to replace our water heater. Jennifer was really helpful and got me a quote within minutes. She also offered advice and made everything super easy. Kevin was there the next morning with a new water heater, he was EARLY even. He was in and out quickly and made the install look easy. Would not hesitate to reach out and use their services again.

Installed Kitchen touchless faucet with ease. Was quick to reply to our inquiry. Set realistic expectations, made an appointment and was on time. Was very professional and personable.

We had a garbage disposal removed and went back to a regular drain. Tony was very thorough and quick. He got the job done. I called him back the next day to replace my toilet. He removed the old one and put the replacement in, in no time at all. He cleaned up the mess and hauled away my old toilet. I will always use Tony for all my plumbing needs, he is reasonable......thank you so much, Tony. If you need a good plumber, call on Tony!!!

They did a job 10 years ago and we're very happy with the outcome. Three years ago we had another issue resulting from some landscaping work, and used their service again, and again very happy with the outcome. The work is solid and pricing is fair. Highly recommend their service.
