Flat Rate Plumbing did an awesome job redoing our disaster of a kitchen. Roy was faced with many challenges, including unexpected issues/surprises, while changing a sink, valves, fixtures and installing a dishwasher. Everything works perfectly now and I have already planned to have him back to work on our bathroom. I would recommend Flat Rate Plumbing to anyone.

Owner was at my house within hours of me calling with a new water heater. He was very polite and courteous. The installation was neat as a pin! The inspector said it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen. I was charged fairly and the owner worked with me on the payment! We own a duplex in the Silverlake area that had a serious sewage blockage that was overflowing into the street. When I called HSQ I spoke to Ray. He responded to the unit within 2 hours and immediately set out to diagnose the problem. Within 2 days they had the blockage cleared and the break in the line fixed. Without question this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Ray was professional, knowledgeable and gave us a very fair price for the work that was involved. The quick response by HSQ saved us from having to relocate all of the tenants at an additional expense. I would recommend this company without hesitation for all of your plumbing needs. They are truly a five star plus company.
