Stan had to open a square of drywall back in order to replace the main mechanism inside the wall that required replacing a broken cartridge. After Stan completed the job he was able to use the same faucet handle that used to be hard to turn now it turns like new. They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

We have serious water heater problems at the apartment complex I manage. Through out the last 5 years it has been replaced 5 times so I have experience dealing with plumbers doing this job. KC plumbing came did their work, stayed 12 hours to finish the job and insure that all 80 people had hot water. They did this professionally even when faced with unexpected situations and facing additional hours they remain professional no cursing or throwing tools in frustration. Or evening showing one sign of irritation with my constant questions. They CLEANED UP their mess!!! which has never been my experience with plumbers and left the area cleaner than the mess of flooding that they arrived to. I highly recommend them.

SEVERE CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING AFTER WORK FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.
Louis performed a heater inspection and cleared the heater for use. We then proceeded to get carbon monoxide poisoning the first night in the home (confusion, nausea, headaches, chest pain, severe drowsiness).
Gas Emergency crew from Excel inspected the heater, placed a hazard tag on it, and told us the carbon monoxide were at lethal levels and shut off our gas.
When we contacted Louis to fix his mistake, he was extremely rude, raised his voice at us, and told us he would try to come fix the issue when he had a chance (mind you we had no heat in the middle of winter). When he arrived, 20 hours after we called him, he reportedly fixed it.
As we did not trust him, we had Excel come check the heater again. They placed a yellow tag on it, stating that we could have a potentially lethal leak at any moment and that the workmanship was the worst they had ever seen.
Louis is a dangerous person to allow to enter your home or business. His workmanship puts people's lives at risk and greatly damaged our own health.

We called Accurate because of an emergency leak in the evening. Jesse and his crew came in the next morning and take care of the leak. These guys are A+ for any plumbing issues. We'll use Accurate again. Best plumber in Orange county!
