These guys are lifesavers!!!!! I went on vacation and while i was gone my upstairs bathroom flooded into my living room. My ceiling collapsed and being a single mom, I had no idea what to do except maybe cry.

I looked them up on yelp and google and saw such amazing reviews. These reviews don't do these guys justice. John and his team (Shemiah, Sua and Keoki) came the within a few hours of me calling and started working right there. They were so professional, polite and so easy to work with.

It took a few days to clean everything up, but they got the job done in a timely manner and walked me through every step of the process. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. Highly suggest working with this team!

I moved into my home in August, by September I was hearing what appeared to be very strong rattling in my walls when I would flush the toilet and turn on the sink at the same time or when any two items in the house were running water at the same time. I had purchased a home warranty they sent out AAA advance plumbing. Marcellus was professional, thorough and very determined to find the problem. He found the problem came back a week later with the part and fixed the problem. He checked the water pressure coming into the house reset that to 50%. He explained everything he did. I would definitely recommend Marcellus give that man a raise.😊

I recently had a large leak with the main line coming into my home. I called Bobby B Plumbing he came out that day was on time and within 20 mins he located the leak! He came back the next day and had all the materials he needed to run a new copper line from the city supply to the line entering my home. Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

From the initial call to the final day of service, NIR responded promptly, professionally and most importantly clean and friendly. We had to repipe our whole house! Nick, the owner, came over right away and after walking through the house he explained to us his recommendations and also gave us a reasonable price. My wife likes to ask lots of questions and Nick was able to answer them all with ease, which made us feel confident in going with this company. By the way we got 2 quotes to repipe the house which had galvanized pipes. We then scheduled the repipe which included plumbing in two restrooms, a kitchen and removing an old water heater to go tankless. The repipe process was performed primarily by Mike Lopez, a one man army. Mike is the most knowledgeable plumber out there; I'd put him up against any other plumber in the country. Not only that, but he's also the neatest plumber as well. He cleaned up immediately after each project and was able to explain what he did every step of the way. Sergio Cortez helped install our tankless water heater. He was also very prompt and knowledgeable. Nick came by almost each day and was available by phone every time we had a question or concern. Nick, Mike and Sergio all reminded and reassured us that they were always available for their customers. 24/7 service. The whole process lasted less than a week and we were able to stay home the entire time. I will definitely be calling Nick and the team to handle all our future plumbing and A/C needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in this IE area needing commercial or residential services. For people leaving negative comments complaining about price, remember, you can choose to go cheap, but you get what you pay for. This company is VERY reasonable in price and provide over the top service. Thank you Nick, Mike and Sergio!

Horrible company!!! Have dealt with them a few times and they were awful! Last time they came and said they couldn't do anything and still charged us! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

This small plumbing shop is a real gem in my experience. When I needed to replace a Rheem water heater (with a worthless warranty from Home Depot) after only 5 years, I found the Bradford White brand, which is only installed and warranted by real plumbers. H&H Plumbing reviewed well, and I picked them to install the new unit. Highlights - VALUE: Of four bids, H&H was in the middle, with a fixed price that included the unit, installation, changes in my home to meet code, all costs to permit and inspect the work, and an added 10 year parts and tank warranty from the manufacturer. The cheaper bidders would have ended up costing more, I think, due to add on costs as issues arose. RESPONSIVE: I appreciated H&H's patience with my questions, the flexibility with my payment terms, and the two trips to the plumbing supply to make my installation perfect. PROFESSIONAL: Like a doctor at a car wreck, H&H did high quality work, did it fast, and did it under almost any circumstances. Even the building inspector guy with the city was impressed with the quality of the installation. Yep, I'd say H&H is highly recommended if you are looking for quality, reasonable price, and old school integrity.

Our water heater had gone out and these guys got it up and running within a couple hours. Super nice guys and really helpful. Saved us a ton of money because another plumber said we needed to replace the whole water heater but these guys were able to fix one of the valves and get it working properly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Last year (2013) my wife and I went to Home Depot to have our two bathrooms remodeled. We signed contract in June and work could not start until building permits were obtained. Work began in September and lasted until January (we had to be home a total of 30 days for the work). This was due to: materials not being sent on time, materials had to be re-ordered because of damage in transit to our home and numerous scheduling conflicts. Contractors included Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Commercial Plumbing, Clifford Okinaga, and EMK electrical. During this extended installation piles of materials were stacked on our front Lanai and one of our spare bedrooms. Workers did not use drop cloths and did not clean up after they finished work. To top it off, the upstairs shower leaked because the drain was broken during installation which required repair work that extended the installation time. To add insult to injury, someone from Home Depot is calling to say that we still owe them for the project even though have emailed to them that I have paid for every thing.

I will never step into a Home Depot again and my wife and I are telling our friends and relatives to never use Home Depot for their remodeling.
