They were extremely honest and professional. They could have tried to push a new water heater on me that I didn’t quite need yet. Instead, their technician said that the heater would probably last a little while longer. I will definitely be having them come back when we are ready to replace.

If I could give more then 5 stars 🌟 I would. I had Bumble Breeze come out to give me an estimate after another company had come out to give me one. I didn't feel pressured or stress about anything after the estimate was given to me which is why I'm going with Bumble Breeze. They were able to work with me since I just purchased a home and needed to have both plumbing and HVAC work done. Tony the plumber technician was great. Wes the HVAC technician was awesome he thoroughly explained everything that was wrong and even showed me, no one has ever done that before. Wes the Manager was extremely knowledgeable about everything I needed to have done. He made me feel very comfortable along with everyone else no pressure or stress involved. I can't say enough how much Wes and Bumble Breeze came to my rescue and saved me thousands which is why I went with them. Very honest no pressure people not trying to upsell and take money from you.

I used G&W for a complete repipe of our home. We went in with another neighbor and then they did yet another. Gary and his team are professional, on time, responsive and do such a great job. I researched many including Repipe1 which I would never use; look at lawsuits) & Next Gen(who couldn't handle the big jobs). We checked out many places even using epoxy and went with a full repine. I'm super glad we did. The immediate change in our water flow, hot water to the longest distance was instant. The team was in and out in 3 days (one of which was an inspection) so 2 days total and it was done. They replastered and textured all the cutouts. You can even ask for repainting if you choose. The end result is I would not go with any other plumber but G&W. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This establishment, is the best. The guard dog is very friendly. They will provide you with great food (tacos, chile rellenos, posole). The staff are great responsive and respectful. The hermano taught me alot about plumbing. I come here often almost everyday.

The most important thing to have when you start the journey into lining or brush coating is having a real person with real experience that actually answers the phone when you need advice, help or supplies short notice. This company has always been there for me and my team weather it's 6am or 3am. I know several other companies around the country that haven't had the same experience with other distributors and I wouldn't recommend any one other then these people.

We had a water purification system installed today. Both Aaron and Michael were incredibly professional and courteous. We were really happy with their work product and customer service.

Brian and his son Eric were beyond terrific! They did a re-piping job for my Mom. A huge project for an elderly woman. They kept her and I in the loop continuously, made suggestions related to safety for my Mom, were on time, cleaned up every day, never left my Mom without water for too long and at the end of every work day, she always had water and at least one toilet to use. If you have a plumbing job, big or small, I would highly recommend Drain Masters!

Mel tried to charge my wife $2,000 for a job that should have run around $600. I overheard his request of payment and was very disappointed in the man for trying to take advantage of an honest person. To make matters worse, the work he did do needed to be fixed by another plumber. I gave Mel $1,000 and asked him not to return. I got on here today to call a plumber for the store I manage. Lost another job Mel. No hard feelings, hope you're practicing honesty today.
