They did their job. They charged our Credit Card twice for the job. On two different dates. I repeatedly called and texted. I did not receive a phone call back nor a text. We are now having to have our bank handle this manner. So, sad because they did a good job. So, in this case I wouldn’t recommend them!

Phenomenal!!! Excellent work at amazing prices. I had never heard of this company before, but fortunately we did find them. Jon and Taylor fixed a shower valve for me (that was driving us nuts!) at an extremely reasonable price. Fixed it beautifully, even caulked the metal plate behind the shower faucet that had been loose for ages.It is looking and working BETTER THAN EVER now. Thanks you guys!!!

The job was paid in full, however due to lack of knowledge the
plumbing company didnt backfill the property to prohibit it from
creating sink holes as well as damages to the exterior bricks,
ceiling, walls, molding, and baseboards. Fitz Plumbing also
charged us for work that was not completed. Additionally the
backfill is still sitting in our yard as they never came back as
promised to rectify the situation. A refund of $4,810. is to be
refunded immediately for the poor workmanship done on our
residence. Additionally, I have attached an invoice for a second
plumber that had to come out for a sewage repair due to the lack
of repairs made by Fitz Pluming that also needs to be reimbursed
to me immediately. I have additionally requested a copy of
licenses of the 3 plumbers that you had at our house
unsupervised along with numerous requests for a copy of your
insurance policy. If the refunds in the amount of $4,889, licenses,
and insurance policy is not provided to us by the close of
business on 8/26/2022. I will have no option to pursue this in a
legal matter.

One of my technicians cut a 3/4” underground waterline 6” below the soil in gravel. My technician already had the line dug out for repair. All that was needed for the repair was a coupling and glue. The plumber had no travel time as he was a tenant in the building and I was billed $291 for a 10 minute repair. Lesson learned.

Trent was very professional, timely and fair. He got right to the point and let us know what the issue was and what needed to be done. His pricing was reasonable and feasible. I would recommend their service to anyone
