I had a clogged shower drain and I saw that Brent was running a special: $60 for clogged drains. I did call other plumbing companies in the area for quotes and they were all over $100, so I decided to go with Brent. I called him and left a message and he returned my call and scheduled to come out noon the next day. Well, he showed up early and got right to work! He was in and out in half an hour! I was very pleased with my service and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a professional and reliable plumber!

I used this company today for the septic tank installation, and they made it. Their plumber was very nice and polite, keeping me informed throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond in customer service. I greatly appreciated how he did it in a short period. Highly recommended!

A couple of weeks ago we had Jaime come out. He gave us a quick free quote and he didn't try and for hard upsale of other services. He had to go to home depot to get the part, was back quickly to finish the job. He was very courteous and explained everything throughly. His service was over and beyond.

Matthew was initially very nice, and seemed willing and able to help us find our leak. After 3 days of looking, and tracing electrical and communications lines, he didn't find it. He said he was 99.9% sure that if a plumber installed a shut off valve in one spot, it would bypass the still-hidden leak. We hired a plumber to do that, but what Matthew was tracing wasn't even a water line. The water line was near the area, so we had the shut-off valve installed, but it didn't stop the leak. Matthew started changing his story and refused to take responsibility for the costs we were beginning to accrue. We next paid American Leak Detection half as much as LF+ wanted, and they found the leak within 5 minutes. Thirty feet from where LF+ said to dig. Save your money and time, and hire ALD. Gas in the lines is clearly the better way to find a leak than overpriced sonar toys.

Update to owner's response: Matthew never billed us because he never found the leak.

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

Courteous, honest, and quick servive.

I called AMS to have my bathroom shower nobs replaced. I did not know that I could have purchased them my self. Mr Plumber was assigned. Two workers came and told me they would get back to me on the problem. They unscrewed the one good nob so I could at least turn on the water by rotation from hot to cold with the one nob. A week later AHS called states to do the work I need is not covered and Mr Plumber will charge me $700.00 dollars to do it. .I thought about and and said no. Then on a notion I took the one nob to a hardware store and purchased two in a pack. Put them on and my bathtub is fixed for the grand total $28.48
It is ashamed to rip off people .I kept the workers work orders for proof of ripping me off.
