I need to get my sewer repaired. I called 4 different plumbers that came out and all of them quoted me over 10k. Drain O Rooter was the only business that was reasonable and explained my options. Hope I dont need them again, but if I do I know they do good work at a FAIR price

I have always used GL plumbing for all of our plumbing needs, whether it's for a clogged drain, busted water heater, or a new water line. Both the father and son are very great people to work with, very respectful, very knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable.

During the recent freeze I called and scheduled Baker Brothers to come fix a frozen pipe. I made the call on the first night of freezing temperatures when my son's bathroom pipes froze. I was scheduled for three days later. I got a confirmation email that morning and then an hour later a text from Baker Brothers stating they were rescheduling my appointment for 8 DAYS LATER. At that point our water main was off and we were using pool water for our water source. Absolutely unacceptable business practice to reschedule me for over a WEEK LATER and leave my family without water. I called a PROFESSIONAL plumber and they came out two days later and got things sorted. Add to all this I couldn't even call and speak with anyone because their line kept hanging up on me. Pathetic customer service and horribly unprofessional. NEVER EVER USE BAKER BROTHERS.

This company has by far been the most reliable company I’ve hired to work on my restaurant. They showed up time, they were very professional and I definitely recommend to anyone needing a Plummer!

I am very glad I called Lile Plumbing to unclog a couple drains in my 58 year old house. Ben came about two hours after my initial call and after checking the problems, gave me two options and prices for solving the problems. After about an hour of hard work, the drains were flowing freely. Ben, who did the work, was very professional, nice and pleasant to talk too. He even explained what many of the pipes visible in the basement were for and some dos and don'ts given how the house was plumbed. I will definitely contact them if I have other plumbing problems.

Andy was very thorough with everything. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. There was no pressure to sign a contract immediately. The services I require are quite costly so I need more time to save money to proceed. This was not a problem in any way.

They reworked a sewer and water line at one of my properties. They are very responsive and certainly know their job.

Do not use this company they do not keep their word. Our yard is a complete mess after an extensive pipe repair to the tune of $7000. They promised to put our yard back together and now after two months will not return our phone calls or text messages.

Plumer 2 trust installed a water heater, 2 faucet, a black water tank and 2 white water tanks; piped all of it, in a new construction, a (concession trailer) for freshly squeezed lemonade. He knew the health department codes that we needed to pass, and we passed with 100%. A JOB WELL DONE!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
