The business owner, Gerson Garcia, was very helpful and proactive in suggesting the most efficient way to route and install a new supply line at far less cost than it would have been to repair the old one.

Tony showed up on time and did what he came here to do. My air conditioner was lagging and just not cooling the house and in no time it was cold as ice inside. He didn’t try to up sell me on services I didn’t need either. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Review update- 3 weeks after the technician came out we hear this whistling sound coming from outside. We go out to find the A/C spewing ALL of it’s refrigerant into the air. How did Tony not catch this?

Nelson has come to our house and our rental house several times from issues ranging to plugged drains and installing clean-outs to replacing antique valves that could have broken if not replaced. He is super pleasant to work with, affordable, honest and punctual. I highly recommend Nelson!

Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. He installed a garage heater and repaired a leak. I will most certainly give his name and number to my family and friends. He definitely exceeded our expectations!!! We have already scheduled him for a return visit to install a gas line for our grill.

The DVD video inspection was not on the DVD. I called to resolve the issue. The assistant was nice and offered a refund of $75 of $350, which was generous considering that I asked for the refund 8 months later.
