He was on time, fixed our washer pump in a timely manner, was so polite on keeping me updated when he had to leave for a part, and left the place clean. He ran the washer cycle twice to ensure everything was perfect. We are so thankful for David and Sureflow Plumbing and would highly recommend working with them!

II am a General Contractor (Romnes Remodeling, LLC) and I was in charge of running a renovation in Carrollton, TX. I live in Austin and have made several trips to check on progress. Jim made his portion of the job a breeze for me!

Jim was hired by my clients to replace an old water heater. Originally I was going to do the work, but because of permit restrictions in Carrollton, a permit had to be pulled by a master plumber.

Jim had great communication and kept me up to date with the status of the project. After the permit was pulled, Jim installed the water heater quickly and efficiently.

Jim mentioned that he normally does not do residential work like this. Finding a plumber is hard enough, especially when I live 3 hours away. Luckily, Jim went out of his way to get the job done and it passed inspection with no issues.

I will definitely use Jim for any future Dallas projects!

The time should’ve called him he has responded quickly, and then in a good manner has shown professionalism when coming over and during Covid he used every precaution according to the CDC to do his work and protect the loved ones that I have so yes, I do recommend them.

I contacted the owner Lorenzo on Thursday December 6th about a leak in my basement. He came over the next day on time. I took him to my basement to show him the leak. He said he needed to see if he had the parts in his truck to fix that day. He went to his truck came back in and finished the job. Sounds great, but after 20 minutes of working and no discussion of the work he comes up stairs and told me I owed $225. Well the work was done so what could I do?? He didnt take credit card so I was forced to pay in cash. I have asked for a receipt since that date in multiple messages and he refuses to respond to me. 3 weeks later and still no receipt or response. Do not use this contractor!!!

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.
