I was so pleased with the service- from the very knowledgeable office staff, to the prompt and professional expertise of the technicians. Pricing was reasonable and upfront. This is a company that takes pride in excellent service and I recommend them highly!

Installation of new plumbing & faucets in bathroom and kitchen, main drain clenout - Our total experience with KNC was positive & successful beginning with the walk through & bidding/quote process through completion of the project- Kristopher's (owner) recommendations, communications, quality of the work, clean up and final walk through was Five Star and seamless throughout the project.
We are planning additional projects in the coming weeks and we will be utilizing KNC Plumbing - We highly recommend KNC Plumbing

Terrible customer service. The gentleman that answers the phone has zero concept of how to speak to a paying customer. I am shocked they have been in business this long and I am VERY skeptical about the preview reviews, as there are only three(3) and only 1 of the 3 has actually reviewed other companies.

Thank you for doing such a great job. We had an emergency leak at our house and he was out here the same day to fix it!

Horrible and rude. Poor communication and had me wait, I even asked if we can make a deal of he could atleast call me of he's not gonna be there at our scheduled time since i had to wait on a couple occasions...I am working around a tenants schedule. He told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me! Will never use him again....very rude and unprofessional.

I called to just get an estimate on a plumbing job that I needed done, and he instead gave me free advice on how I could easily do it myself and save $200-$300! They are a wonderful service, and I recommend them to everyone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and needed an emergency plumber right away. Within 45 minutes someone did show up. I will give them that, But that is all that they did. This guy showed up and said that this can not be repaired and he will come and do it Monday. Today is Monday and the guy called this morning and said that he wouldn't be able to make it. So I said, well then have your boss send someone else Here's where it gets a bit squirrely. Apparently this guy doesn't work for the company that I called. So, I called the company and told the guy what was going on and he said Let me see if I have a guy available Then he said The guy that came there has different prices than I do Then he said You may need to call a different/ bigger company As a consumer...all I did was call a number that was on google to just get a runaround like this. I'm out $125 bucks and no-one has come by to fix anything. Then my wife reminded me that the last time we needed a plumber we called Alvarez. I called them at 9am this morning. They had someone here by 10:30 and our issue was fixed by 1pm and the price was cheaper than what these other people quoted me and didn't show up to do. If you want a quality company that has showed up every time with decent prices DO NOT call these guys. CALL ALVAREZ!
