Mike, the owner and operator, is a real professional. He understands structures, layouts, and plumbing design in a way that helped above and beyond what we needed. Quick and efficient, he listened to our problem, and before we had finished talking, already understood what needed to be done to fix our drainage issue and tackled it. Horrible and rude. Poor communication and had me wait, I even asked if we can make a deal of he could atleast call me of he's not gonna be there at our scheduled time since i had to wait on a couple occasions...I am working around a tenants schedule. He told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me! Will never use him again....very rude and unprofessional.

Good evening everyone. I just want to say it's been a long day for me. Having a plumbing issue it's so stressful, I had a guy who came to get the job done. He couldn't and he still charge $50.00
Then I called Affordable Rooter Services and I told him what problem I was having, said he would come asap and he was just great, so professional and got the job done.
