My charcoal filter and water softener went out. They did a great job with the install. They were on time and professional. have my soft clean water back again. Now just to get all of the iron off of my tubs and shower!

I call Iverson Westfall Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I called Them for a leaky toilet. It had leaked all over my floor. Within two hours they came out and fixed the problem. Prices are very reasonable.

I was hopeful with reading nothing but rave reviews we had found a plumber for all of our needs finding this company but I was wrong. I called to have our leaking jet tub and spigot to our washer fixed, the plumber came and took a look at each of the issues. He said the tub needed a new pump and made some phone calls before he left and let me know he had found a pump and it would take a couple of days to get it and asked if I’d like to have the spigot fixed at the same time which I agreed was fine. A week goes by and we hadn’t heard anything from the company, so my husband called and was met with “I don’t recall speaking to your wife” and I’m not sure what’s going on with this but I’ll figure it out and call you back by the receptionist. Again, no one called. 3 more phone calls to them we’re told that they can’t get the part to fix the tub and the spigot not even addressed. The ball was dropped in more ways than one on communication and here we are 2 weeks later with nothing fixed and left to find someone else to fix it.

This is a very good plumbing company. They came out quickly and did a great job fixing our toilet. Eddy was efficient and was a very nice person. We will always call Iverson & Westfall for all of our plumbing needs!

We've used Iverson Westfall Plumbing Inc 3 times in the past 6 months. Each time they've been on time or earlier than scheduled. Fair prices and never tried to over sell for something we didn't need. Just had them make sure our sump pump was working when here on another job. Eddie didn't try to sell a new one even though the old one is obviously OLD. He just showed me how it works so I can make sure it's working OK in the future.

Competent, professional, punctual, polite and provide great service! They work fast and do a great job and clean up afterwards. They also charge only what was quoted, so no surprises. I purchased a house that had been unoccupied for over a year and required extensive plumbing repairs. Justin and all of his crew have been superb throughout!
