Best plumbers I have worked with. Fixed up my leaks and showed up on time. Can't ask for better service than that.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Highly recommend.

Excellent, friendly service! Arrived a few minutes late, but fixed our toilet quickly and were able to fit us in.

First things First, I was so very impressed with the woman Jeanette on the phone. She was knowledgeable, spoke as a true professional and I could tell that she cared. She also told me not to worry that they would figure something out, now as a senior citizen I was concerned about the bottom line.This woman's assurance certainly comforted me.

Gave me an estimate for water heater twice the normal rate! Didn’t they think I would find out?

If I could give him a zero star, I would. AVOID Star Rooter and Plumbing, unless you like to be taken advantage of and made to pay more than the estimate. They are dishonest.
Got an estimate for a sewer lateral and they tried to charge us about $1500 more during the job on some b.s. that the pipe would not go all the way back to our property line. What was the estimate for then?
At the end, he finished the job, but we ended up paying more because they are dishonest. Go with someone else.
