They have “stood me up twice” in the last two years for scheduled service appointments. There was not even a courtesy phone call indicating that they would not be able to meet their commitment in either case. They are pathetic. I am moving on.

Fixed my Ac. But charged way way to much. I got charged $170 for a $20 part.. other ac companies put service fee to parts. Not dale&Lee. I will never do business with them again

I just want to thank you for a pleasant experience of outstanding service. What can be worse in 100 degree temperatures than an air conditioner breakdown! When I called Monday afternoon for repairs, I had no idea I would get same day service. I expected to have to wait until at least the next day, if not longer. Then I was further delighted that the repairman had the needed part on his truck rather than having to make an extra trip, which would have caused further delay.

In addition to that, after the job was completed, the technician made a special drive back to my home to double-check that he had in fact remembered to take care of a particular detail during installation. This proved that, to him, it wasn’t just another routine job for pay but that he is truly conscientious concerning his work.

Excellent services and staff. Fair prices and dependable service men. Office personnel very helpful. A+ BBB ratings for decades. No issues with work. Been using this business in excess of 20 years.

We have been using Dale and Lee's for many years now and wouldn't trust our heat and air system to any other company. From the people answering the phones to the techs who come out to fix the problem, everyone is super friendly. I had water pooling all over my hvac closet so I called and they were able to get someone out the same day to fix it. Doug was great, he figured out pretty quick what the problem was, fixed it, and gave me some tips for how to prevent the problem and how to dry my closet quick.

Didn't know they did plumbing but sure happy I found out. They were out within an hour and were very honest. They warned me of the risks and what could go wrong and how much it could cost to fix if the cooper valves broke inside the wall behind my shower. I told them to go ahead and try. They were very cautious and respectful and were able to get it done without any damage.

Always an easy choice for my family and me to call Dale and Lee’s Service. They come out very quickly and we have come to know their trucks and their friendly staff. Reliable, legitimate, and punctual. Never any hassle.

Doug, the service technician, came & fixed our OLD furnace for us. We are very grateful not only for the prompt service call, but the research he did to fix our unit. I would recommend them any day of the week!

After reading the good 5 star reviews on google, I opted to work with Dale & Lee’s on a warranty claim with my A/C. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. After it taking multiple trips out here in the span of a week to diagnose the problem, I get an email saying “all we can do is get the coil and install it for you and you pay us the $500 + freon but we do not deal with warranty companys you have to handle that.” On top of this unprofessional response and unwillingness to work through our warranty service, we also got a duplicate invoice of $75 in the mail, which we paid 2 wks ago. Will definitely NOT being working with this company again!

The people at Dale and Lee's were awesome! We called Dale and Lee's because our air conditioner quit working, my wife has health issues and can't tolerate extreme heat. A service tech arrived at our house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the information we needed. In our case, we needed a new heat and air system. The one we had was old and worn out. Within a few days, we had the new system in and cooling the house. There was something Dale and Lee's did that proved to me that they have the home owners best interest at heart. While we were waiting to have the new system installed, they brought out a window unit to help my wife not get sick from the heat. Also, the price was good and the service was great!

Central air wouldn't work so we called Dale and Lee's Service and they promptly sent a serviceman out. He (Ethan) was awesome. He found the problem immediately and fixed it. On 9/5/2019 one of their box trucks sideswiped us. I called the company to inform them being promised i would be called back. No one ever called me. My family and I were heading North on Highway 75 when a Dale and Lee's service truck sideswiped us. The driver did not bother to stop he just continued bobbing and weaving in and out of traffic at high speeds. Since they don't believe laws apply to them I definitely wont be having them in my home since swiping things is perfectly fine with them. Just wish my two special needs kids hadn't been in the car when it happened. Would give zero stars if possible.

After waiting for Airco in the extreme heat with an elderly family member for 5 hours, we called Dale & Lee's. They arrived in a little over an hour and got the air conditioning going again.

Dale and Lee’s have always been very professional and knowledgeable. They have done work for me for years. Replaced heat and air plus moved duct work about 2 years ago. Have also used them for plumbing. Doug came out recently to do fall maintenance and was very professional explaining what he was doing. Very nice guy. In my experience all of the guys have been kind and very professional. I highly recommend them.

My parents had a new hot water tank installed today. They took a nap and woke up to gas smell in the house. They tried calling
Dale and Lee's 4 times and finally someone called them back at 10:30 tonight. He had to tell my dad how to turn off the gas because noone could come out and fix it. They said they would come in the morning. Your website says 24 hours.
They also put in a new AC unit for my daughter over a year ago and she still has trouble to this day with the AC unit. And they say nothing is wrong with it.

My AC went out via a capacitor and was blowing hot air at some point in the wee hours of the morning on Friday and continued to do so getting my house temperature in the upper 80's. After calling quite a few places and getting the answer We can't come today, I got your place of business. I understand that at this time of year, you all work pretty much non stop, so when your office answered the phone, my first response was I hope you can perform a miracle. She did when the answer to my question of Is it possible to get anyone out today? Was Yes, we can!

Dale and Lee service in Owasso sent Doug Edwards to fix my problem with HS-26 Air conditioning today. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I have used Dale and Lee service in Owasso for over 20 years for heating and Air Conditioning service. I highly recommend this service.

Had a wonderful experience with Dale and Lee’s and would recommend them to anyone. They were timely, professional, and efficient. They got my AC unit up and running again in no time at all on the same day I called them. When I called them back cause something wasn’t quite right they were quick to be back on the same day to help even though it was after hours.

I have used them for 15+ years on my heat and air. I get regular maintenance and occasional repairs. They are always professional and friendly. I recently had a heating repair right after a maintenance checkup and they followed up quickly(same day) after my concerned call to make sure it was repaired. Doug was very understanding and discussed options with me to make sure I got what I needed and wanted.

Quality that Shows!

We used Dale & Lee’s Service (in business since the 60s) today for a spring inspection. Billy was here for about two hours and provided new and then changed all of our filters, checked every return, fixed our thermostat and cleaned the outside unit coils. He found a wire installed incorrectly and took care of that at no additional charge. The cost today was $148, which includes another visit and cleaning in the Fall. Excellent company with top-notch service. Billy’s customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

Our church has always used Dale and Lee's for our HVAC needs! Here recently, our upstairs AC unit wasn't running properly. So they sent Doug out right away to take a look at it. In no time it was back to normal, and it didn't cost us a fortune!

Terrible customer service

I use Dale and Lee's for home heating and air conditioning installation and maintenance. They have been in business a long time, and will be in business for a long time. Sure you can get small jobs done cheaply by some independent contractors, but I like to have a history with a dependable company I can count on.

Doug with this company is awesome. Took the time to show me what was needed and not treat me like some idiot. Didnt try to fix something that didnt need to be fixed. And they were over half of what another company (ACS) was going to charge me and their guy was terrible. Thank you Doug for the great service. Oh and they were able to come out the same day even after not being called till 3pm

Great Service company that took care of our AC outage about as quick as possible! Our compressor blew on our aging outdoor unit and they had a tech out early the next morning and had it replaced by the end of the day... for not as much as you'd think... I mean it is an AC replacement so it's obviously not a pleasant cost.

After dealing with another company last year [who's advertising budget must be enormous... so many billboards and tv ads... ]... we had a severe bad taste in our mouth towards HVAC companies. Dale & Lee's fixed that bad taste by treating us like human beings and not trying to fluff their advertising budget by screwing over people who don't really know that much about the HVAC industry... Great experience and I wish all service companies would treat their customer's this way... any issues we have going on in the future I now know who to call. Thanks guys!

Always good work and on time and good customer service

Tracy did a great job servicing our air conditioning units and answering several questions I had. We have used Dale & Lee's for several years and continue to be very pleased with their service and knowledge.

We used Dale and Lee's when our unit kept malfunctioning overnight. Claude and Doug inspected every single part to figure out what was wrong, which was tricky because the problem was intermittent and the unit would start working by the time they arrived. Their due diligence paid off, and Doug found and replaced the faulty part. He even got rid of the annoying gurgling noise the condensation drain has been making for ten years free of charge! We appreciate the timely service...every time we called, they arrived within a couple hours...and their persistence to find and solve our issue.

To start I never really write reviews but the excellent service I received from Dale & Lee's Service was exemplary! Our A/C unit stopped working on a busy day (July 3rd), there was only one technician and he was swamped. He kept to his word and even came out at 10:45pm to fix our unit! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE!!!
I do not recommend this company. The person that showed up could not replace two wires on my unit so he had to call for back up help (The second person that showed up was obnoxious as hell). They would not look at my entire system to trouble shoot any other problems I was having. Added 3 lbs of Freon and then wanted me to book a new appointment to charge me an additional $71.00 per every 30 minutes to detect any leaks, all this after charging me $660.00. Beware of this company and their overcharging practices. They get a big thumbs down from me!

After using (and being very disappointed in) a very popular heating and air company in Tulsa I went with a neighbors recommendation and called Dale and Lee’s. Best thing I could’ve done. I’ve had them out to the house several times for different problems I’ve had from heating and air to plumbing. Every tech that has come out has been amazing! If you’re not calling them you’re making a huge mistake. The only company I call now.

Doug was very friendly and helpful. He was very efficient and made sure to leave us with a new filter. My mom has used Dale & Lee's for years and this excellent service is why.

Had multiple choices given to me ranging from $8,500 to $14,500 for a new a/c unit installed. These were for 3.5 ton-4 ton units. Ended up finding another service who came out in a day and installed a 4 ton unit for $3025. You might have to look around, but the relief of having a new unit with a 10 year warranty on all the major components for 5k+ less than the cheapest we were told is tremendous. I'm not saying they will do bad work, I am saying they are going to kill you on the costs.

Horrible horrible service I've been fighting with them for 2 days to have someone fix my ac due to it being over 90 degrees in my house. Needless to say it still isn't fixed.

Had an issue with one of our AC units. They were fast to respond and the service tech did a great job. He thoroughly checked over both units and was able to trouble shoot the problem quickly. All around a great experience that will have us call on them the next time we have a need.

After realizing that my Lennox thermostat was discontinued because it couldn't last more than 2 years, I reached out to Dale & Lee's to see if they could help. A service manager spoke with me over the phone about my options since the replacement Lennox thermostat is approximately $1,400+. We set an appointment for Friday, June 2nd. I was told they would be there after 12:00. No big deal, my wife was off work that day so I knew I could have someone there to let the technician in to complete the job. We waited until 4:40 for the technician to show up. He immediately realized that we needed to re-wire the entire system to put in the new thermostat - I'm not sure why he didn't know that before he showed up seeing as how that's EXACTLY what we discussed when I booked the appointment. He told me it would cost me $92 for his trouble of showing up to tell me something I already knew. He said they would call me the following Tuesday or Wednesday to schedule the work. Great! Here is your $92. I got a call the following Monday asking to schedule an appointment to install the new thermostat. Not bad, I think. At least they followed up, right? We scheduled the work to be done on Thursday the 8th of June. I made arrangements to have someone at my house for the technician. Thursday comes and goes. No call. No show. Nothing. I'm having a really tough time figuring out what I got for my $92 other than extreme frustration. Maybe I should just consider it a $92 lesson to not do business when Dale & Lee's going forward?

For what it's worth, Brent DeBoer, I am renovating a 3,600-sq/ft house right now that will need a whole new system. Can you guess who won't be getting a call for that project?

Casey the Dale and Lee's Service Technician is awesome, he found the problems with our system that were not properly done when our building was remodeled 8 years ago (wish Dale and Lee's was used by the company that did our remodel). Also anytime we call they get to us quickly and everyone there is very professional and polite this is a 1st class business to deal with and Classic Chevrolet will always rely on Dale and Lee's for all of our Air Conditioning and Heating needs.

I only gave 1 star because you have to so you can leave a review it should be NO STARS. We called Dale and Lee's on 12/31/18 because our furnace quit working made an appointment for someone to come out 1/2/19 to look at it. We waited all day in the cold. I would expect to be fired from my job for a no call no show so we called another company and they fixed it. I will be removing the Dale and Lee's sticker from my furnace door.

Doug came an serviced our air conditioner today. He done a great job and was very thorough. We have used Dale & Lee's for many years and they have always done an excellent job. Doug gets 5 + stars for today's job.

Great service

I called Dale & Lee's Service, Inc. to have a new HVAC installation. The response was great. Doug and Jake did the installation. They were both kind and showed me how the thermostat worked. Great Job!

Had Dale and Lee’s come out late last year to repair two outdoor faucets. They supposedly fixed them but when we went to reconnect the hoses to each of them this year, they continued to spray water everywhere. I called last Friday and was told someone would call before they showed up on Monday. No one called but they did finally show up. The guy told my husband the thing just needed to be tightened down. Why was it not tightened when they were out here late last year? They then charge me 93 bucks for 5 minutes! The guy calls just to confirm since they were out here for the same thing previously and the lady on the phone then lies and was like well I told them it may just need to be tightened! Uh no! She never said that and again, why the heck was it not fixed correctly to begin with! I will never use this company again, not for plumbing, heating or air! What an absolute rip off!

The installation went great. The workers were very good and knew what they were doing. Since then, I have used their maintenance programs where they come and give it all a check and clean out & fill up the air conditioning fluids.

Courteous, kind, friendly and willing to tell you what they are doing and why. They should teach other companies how to conduct customer service. Good company. I've been using them commercially for several years, and I believe them to be a good and honest company based on the actions I've seen them take while at the facility I manage. When we're in a bind they've always stepped up and taken care of us.

I just purchased a new home and as a first time home owner I wanted everything to be perfect. I spent a lot of time researching who was best to call and getting estimates from AC and Heating companies. Dale and Lee’s was the most impressive. Even though there were more affordable options and more expensive options, there was no contest in my mind after I talked to them. My house heats and cools very well now and I am more than thankful for Dale and Lee’s crew for respecting my investment.

I had them do a spring check for me and I needed it anyway because it already wasn't working right. They were here within about 15 minutes of the appointment and quickly found the problem. They did that and general maintenance.

Tech said I had faulty fan motor bearings , he replaced it. It didn't fix the problem at all, unit still the same loud. He says, I guess the fan blade needs replaced as well with an estimate of another $300-500. I told him no thanks.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Dale & Lee's recently. After noticing our heat would activate on our thermostat but we were feeling no hot air, we called them after hours. Within ~90 minutes they had called back, responded, diagnosed, and fixed the problem and were back on their way. We enjoyed comfortable heat that cold winter night. Thanks Dale & Lee's!

I would recommend to everyone the firm of Dale and Lee’s Service, Inc. this summer in July one of their technicians who name was Nick came to my residence to repair my air conditioner. Not only was he thorough and efficient he explained what the problem was and how he corrected it. Customer service at its highest.

I was out of country on vacation last week and my son texted me that the ac was not working. I did a quick internet search and because of the reviews of this company, told my son to contact them for the repair. A technician named Daniel arrived and told my son the ac repair would be $1300 for freon, but we should replace the units instead because they are 14 years old, and that would be around $6000. We paid Daniel for his service call and I told my son to ask the neighbor who he used for ac and heat related problems. A few hours later, the owner of Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning arrived and fixed my unit for $360. I resent anyone who tries to abuse someone’s situation for their own gain, and am appalled that Daniel would try to take advantage of my son in that manner! But I do owe Daniel my gratitude in one respect; he helped teach my son a valuable life lesson when dealing with predatory business practices.

I couldn't believe it when Claude from Dale & Lees pulled up to my house 45 minutes after my phone call! An hour later he had found the problem, fixed it, and checked for other problems. He explained what he was doing, knew his stuff, and fixed the problem. He even gave advice ... change your filters. I have learned my lesson.

D and L was the only company out of 5 companies that offered turn key install and gave me a written estimate. Explanations were clear, my requests for additional work was acknowledged. Jason and Wade did a super neat job in the attic. Super friendly, knew their stuff. Hated to see them go. Just keep doing what you are doing. You can expect my service call business.

Moved into a new house and quickly found out the AC was not cooling properly. Dale and Lee's sent out a service tech and he went through my system and said nothing was wrong. He Just changed a setting on my thermostat and said it should be fine. Week and half later it still wasn't getting cool so I called Air Co out and they found out both of my AC units were low on coolant. They recharged the coolant and both units work perfectly. Plus we found where the leak was and I have that scheduled to be repaired. I called Dale and Lee's to let them know that they missed the mark and said they would call back and never did. The conversation was cordial, so no reason to not at least call me back. I would not recommend using this company - period.

My A/C went out in the middle of the summer during peak service call season. I called one company in Tulsa and got an appointment for the next day. I did more research and found Dale and Lee's Service and called to see if they could improve on the time and they were on the property in less than an hour of me calling. Ethan was on-the-spot and had the unit running in a matter of a half an hour. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Put my A/C units in with a new house 5 years ago and they're running great, with only routine service needed. Doug was great, on time and professional.

After the initial service call was set for Thursday, Dale and Lee's has rescheduled twice. It is now Monday at 2:10 and they still haven't shown up. If you're expecting decent customer service, go somewhere else. I would not recommend using Dale and Lee's.

The temp was set at 70 but it was 54 inside! I called Dale and Lee's and spoke with Doug who was at the house within an hour. Fortunately, it was an easy fix and Doug, being a professional, showed and explained the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. My house is now warm and Doug was personable and very knowledgeable. Thanks!

“Hour Emergency” lead me to believe they provide emergency services. Still not heard back from them 6 hours later. False advertising.

(Update) Got a call from someone who cleared some things up. Apparently the person who took the initial call did not mark my situation as an emergency even though I specifically stated my $10,000 server and 3 exotic snakes were in danger of overheating. She apologized and asked if they could still assist me. So, I'm adding 2 stars for the effort on her part to be fair.

Doug came to our rescue on a very, very hot August day! He fixed our air conditioner & was definitely our hero that day. Very friendly & professional. So thankful for him.

Doug from Dale & Lee's was out today to check out our heating and cooling systems. He is always professional, courteous and polite! Each year, we depend on them to come out both in the spring and fall to insure our systems are working efficiently and safely! We have been using Dale & Lees for many many years!

Super fast and friendly service. I called Dale and Lee's Service and spoke to a lady that said she would page a technician to have them call me. Being late on a sunday Doug called me within 5 minutes of being paged and immediately came out to look at my A/C. He fixed it within just a short time, and explained to me what was going on and showed me pictures. Just before he left he made sure the door he opened was locked and the gate was latched.

BEWARE people make sure you call around and get prices on refrigerant other charges you cant put your trust in companys and think they do you right you can easily save 200 to 300 hundreds of dollars by chosing someone else. And good luck with their customer service I called them with my concern and they hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Doug Edwards with Dale and Lee's cane out to look at a recurring problem. The a.c. stops cooling on average about twice a year and freezes unit. After spending some time looking at the unit he found where the leak is and pumped some stuff in it. The house is starting to cool down. He explained things well and I have a team scheduled to permanently fix this Wednesday. I heartily recommend.

They came out two summers in a row to replace the compressor and never once bothered to inform us that the reason it keeps going out is because the a-coil is too small for the size of the unit.....$3000+ later, I’m feeling robbed.....& that’s with the unit still being under warranty!!

Great service. Fast even on a weekend. Rates are very reasonable after calling around a few places Dale and Lees were actually one of the most affordable and they were the quickest to be able to get to our home. Thanks Dale and Lees we will definitely be repeat customers when we have any needs.
