Very impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish. I was in a time-sensitive bind and this company worked efficiently and thoroughly to help me out. Kevin returned my phone call promptly (*after-hours and in the evening) and explained my different options/repairs that would benefit my sewer. Communication was excellent from initial phone call to rounding back when the repairs were complete and explaining was what done. I also value that a reliable upfront estimate was given and I appreciate the team showing up on time and leaving my yard in immaculate condition. I can tell this company operates on integrity; they have my trust and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their help.

Tommy was incredible. Had an odd issue with a dryer vent under a false floor in the attic. After 3 other companies came out, he was the first to actually do work. He was kind, jovial and professional. Prices are very fair, especially in an industry like this. Thoroughly impressed and highly recommend.

Spent over four hours to replace one hose bib, which any other qualified plumber would have completed in about an hour. Didn’t have a very common connector in his van so had to return another day to complete the job.
Charged me $815 which was about three times more than the cost should have been. It was a terrible mistake to hire him and I strongly recommend everyone stay away.

The work was ok, just not worth the price, I recommend finding a business with more competitive rates. No quote, no communication during or after work. We had no idea how much it would even cost until 2 weeks after the work was done when they snail mailed the invoice to us. $300 for 30 minutes of labor (I'm not counting parts) I know they charge for driving time but I chose them specifically because they are close to our house (3 miles away). Caveat emptor!

I've used Elite Plumbing and referred Frank to others for years. They are my go-to every time! He's an expert at tankless water heaters, bathroom renovations, and custom new construction.

The owner of this company did a job for him on a shower glass for his house valued at $ 2000, the guy wanted to go smart and only paid me $ 1000, he kept the rest of the money and kept the glass, he didn't want to pay the other money inventing that he did not like glass and it was what he asked I wanted to fix the problem in several ways and there was no solution The scoundrel wanted to keep my money and the glass without paying
