Absolutely awful. I had to work, so my wife was taking care of this. Did very little work before recommending a new unit. After explaining we weren't looking for a new unit and wanted the part numbers/quote to fix it, they just wrapped up their things and left, leaving no quote and stating that it would be Monday(4 days later) before I could just get NUMBERS. That's absolutely ridiculous. What a huge joke... I wasn't asking for a miracle to have it done in minutes, but I do expect pricing to be done in a timely manner so I can make my informed decisions, not be left without ventilation for 4 days. I've taken my business elsewhere, this was my first and last time calling this company.
UPDATE: I called another company out to repair this unit. It was a capacitor... that's it. I have cooling now. Want a company that will treat you right? Moody Heating and Air did good, honest work for me, and even waived the labor fees after the story I told them. Avoid Bob Stith as much as possible.
