This company showed up unexpected based off a ad on Nextdoor went in the basement for 10minutes and charged a $110 fee. He did nothing. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them they are really over priced and bad customer service

Billy and his staff do a great job!

this is a very unscrupulous outfit. they quote you a price and when they present you with the bill, it will be double the amount. if you fail to take this warning, you should have a jar of vasaline handy when you get the bill. make sure you have a written estimate before authorizing them to start. their work was satisfactory.

Spent over four hours to replace one hose bib, which any other qualified plumber would have completed in about an hour. Didn’t have a very common connector in his van so had to return another day to complete the job.
Charged me $815 which was about three times more than the cost should have been. It was a terrible mistake to hire him and I strongly recommend everyone stay away.

Rent a town house so I don't know about the billing. However, they did a great job! It was clean, fast, and best of all FIXED!
