In the process of buying our home, we requested to the sellers of our home to have a plumber look at our old gas water heater for potential gas leaks as we smelled what seemed like gas. They chose Frank who came out and looked over the water heater and fixed a gas leak. The day of our final walk through, we still smelled something that didn't seem quite right. We asked the sellers to have the plumber return just for peace of mind as I am currently 8 months pregnant and we just wanted to be sure there weren't any dangerous leaks before moving in. When we called Frank ourselves to discuss the original repairs he made, he did not answer his phone- went straight to voicemail. The seller was able to get in touch with him and set up an evening appointment for a few days later. When our realtor contacted him the day of the appointment, he was very rude and said that the only time he could come was right now (at 9am). When Frank arrived at our home, he stated that what we we're smelling was carbon monoxide leaking from our unit (an odorless gas) and stated that our unit was old and just needed to be replaced. My husband was anticipating an evening appointment, so he was unable to be present for the visit. He called Frank when he got home at 1pm and Frank was extremely rude and unreasonable with him, stating that he was tired of receiving calls about our water heater (this was the first time we had personally gotten in touch with him) and basically told us to find another plumber. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else to begin with. Frank is very unprofessional and rude, would NOT recommend.
