We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Damon did a phenomenal project at rebuilding our tank in our toilet, cleared both shower and bathroom sink as well. He was so professional and was honest from the start. He wants to make sure he does the right thing the first time so you don’t have to come back and repair it another time! So great!

We had a backflow preventer fail on the sewer line outside our home. Wooten’s diagnosis was spot on . Gage and Jackson were two sharp young men who came to our home to make the repairs. Very professional , polite , down to earth and good at communicating to us what they were seeing . They were respectful of our home and yard and it was always “Sir and Ma’am” when addressing my wife and me. Many businesses could learn from Wooten on the type of folks to recruit and send to customers’ homes.

had a clog issue that turned into replacing old corroded lead and cast iron pipes. greg was at our house within an hour of the call, unclogged the sewer line quickly and then rearranged his schedule so he could come back that afternoon and finish the piping job for hundreds of dollars less than another contractor's quote. really nice guy, tells you everything he is doing and why, gave maintenance tips, etc. cannot recommend rose and greg enough.

Austin was great. Showed up on time and was extremely professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and made sure everything was done correctly. I've had Austin service my plumbing a few times and every time has been above and beyond. I highly recommend his work!
