First response checked out my basement for me after I had a minor water issue. I wanted to be sure there was no risk of mold or other problems. They inspected the area fully and found no issues. I now have a level of comfort for me and my family. The company was professional and good to work with. Would recommend to others!

Jordan and the crew are fantastic. Great work. Informative and absolutely reasonably priced even in emergency circumstances. My only hesitancy is that alerting people to how great they are means they may not be available when we need them next!

I was originally disappointed with Roto rooter because my appointment was scheduled on a weekday for between 8am-12pm. They told me I was the second appointment of the day, but no one showed up and I had not received an update by 1 PM. I called them and when they called back, they couldn’t even tell me if or when they could send a person out to my house. By 4:45 PM I just canceled the appointment. However, I was be able to reschedule on a Saturday and I’m glad I did because the plumber they sent to my house, Kat F., was fantastic. She was professional and listened to me explain the frustrating problem that another company had failed to correct multiple times. Basically a plumber and therapist in one! The work I need done was not something she could do on the spot and required a special type of appointment, but she got everything set up for me quickly and was so nice and professional. Honestly, she deserves a raise because she totally restored my confidence in Roto rooter and it’s customer service!

I have not yet used these services but let me tell you why I will. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I were running up Collins in Miami Beach and started to cut across traffic just before The W... And with the green light heading northbound... the driver made eye contact and waved us across! It sounds little I KNOW. But if the driver is willing to do the little things - they are more likely to deliver on the big things. So, cheers random stranger and thank you for you graciousness.

Last week I had a leak and a clogged toilet. My friend recommended Pro Elevated and I'm so glad she did. The service tech responded quickly to my call and was able to efficiently assess my main line problem. I have been leak free with an unclogged toilet ever since!
