Cutter's Edge did excellent work on our back yard. They removed all the old, rotten railroad ties, built a new retaining wall and stairs, built a beautiful brick patio, and installed sod. Everything looks amazing, and the price was great! Will definitely hire again when we're ready to do more!

Not upfront with pricing. They sent a technician out and was quoted $289 for a standard clogged toilet. Sent them away after paying a trip charge of $29. Called another plumber 5 minutes later and got upfront pricing of $99 with no trip charge (same day service). My own fault for trusting them on fair pricing. Should have called 1-2 other plumbers.

Jay is absolutely great and his knowledge on plumbing services is outstanding. I have used him on multiple projects and plan to continue using him in the future! In the past, he has helped me to install a water heater, water softener, sink, garbage disposal and more. He even has let me join him on the projects!!

Called for an emergency sewer clog on a weekend; technician James was prompt, courteous, and professional - was able to auger thru a clog in the main line and performed an initial hydro-jetting. The remainder of the purchased service (camera scoping and subsequent hydro-jetting, if needed) required scheduling for later in the week due to their availability, which ended up being a no-call/no-show. They subsequently missed the next three rescheduled events, and the gal that answered the phone when I called to follow-up on missed appointments was curt and rather unpleasant. To date, despite having received full payment on the initial service call, the entirety of the service was not performed to completion and an ROC complaint has been filed.

Excellent service and quality work! Used them to do all our plumbing in our 53,000 sq ft commercial building 10 years ago and continue to get service from them as needed each year. Last month they installed a grease trap for our culinary department.

Bill was promt and super helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I had the right parts for my toilet. His pricing was really fair. Will definitely use his services again.

1, They did not show up for 8am appointment(assuming the first appointment for today) until we called them why they are not here. And they asked our address which we already gave them 3 days ago. Yellow flag #1.

2, They did not introduce themselves when they finally showed up, and they were not wearing masks to visit our house during this COVID-19 pandemic. Red flag #1

2, Pricing was not clear. Their boss said it would cost us $200 to $300 and of course the final price was $300 for just changing some washers/o-rings. And I found out my neighbor who called them today as well for toilet issue (remove the toilet and Roto-Rooter because someone had flushed a rag into the toilet. ) also got charged for $300. How that even this pricing possible??? Huge red flag #2

We will call them for any issue never again.

Replaced my toilet fast and at a fair price

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
