I highly recommend Alameda Pro-Rooter. My sewer line was backed up. But it appeared that there were also some routing issues causing the problem. That were fixed. They also fixed a toilet that come off its anchor. They came quickly and took care of everything efficiently and effectively!!!

Had them perform the tune up special on our hvac system. Josue was thorough, professional, and polite. Would use them again for future services.

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

We have HomeServe Warranty. Raymond Plumbing was assigned our trouble ticket. All aspects of the service was great: Scheduling and onsite work. Special recognition to the Technical Derek. He was professional, did a super job, and answered all of my questions.

Kevin provided excellent plumbing service to my single-family home about 3 months ago, fixing faucet leaks and most importantly, fixing my water-jet tub. He was creative in replacing the pump and motor. It is now fantastic and very quiet. I use a third of bubble bath as before and the bubbles rise to within 3 inches of the spout. This is so much better that what happened in the past decades. With the water leaks fixed I am using less water.

Was suppose to come out last monday for estimate so i took off wrk....didnt show. Called said they would be by later that night....didnt show. Called next day to come out. Didnt knock just walked right into my house. Said it would be friday until they could do anything. Took off wrk friday. Didnt show. Rescheduled for monday...took off wrk again..said the right water heater wasnt ordered and would cost us more if we wanted them to do it today. What ??? So they want us to wait 4 more days....and take off wrk a 5th day? No thank you. Very unprofessional and will make sure none of my family friends or customers use

Amazing company! Great service professional and courteous of the house! We recently bought a house and the sewage line backed up. Ben with Best Plumbing came over quickly figured out what was causing the clogged and fixed it. He also repaired some minor plumbing issues, that we weren't even aware. As well as installing a water line for our new refrigerator. All for reasonable and fair prices. I will now and forever be a loyal Best Plumbing customer. You can never go wrong with this company!

The owner of this company, Rick Joons, is a straight-talking, sensible person who really knows his stuff -- and isn't out to gouge you. His crew is made up of all full-time experienced workers, with no day laborers. They did the work in the time they told us it would take and cleaned up really well after they were done. I hope you don't have to have a sewer line redone, as we did -- but if you do, go to this company for your trenching and repair.
