This company has been cold-call spamming us for a couple weeks now. When I was finally able to answer their call, I asked them how they get our number and we didn't need their services so please stop calling our Do Not Call number. The lady was extremely rude and hung up without any acknowledgement that she had heard me. If this is their business practice, I would NEVER hire this comapny.

This is not a professional company. Problems with my solar hot water heater and not willing to help even though I purchased from them. They basically pushing me to call the manufacturer and deal with them. Me personally if I ran a company and was partnered up with another to install their product and offered a certain term warranty, I would be contacting them for my customer to get issue resolved in a timely manner. So I would not recommend this company for any type of work cause they will do the job, but if something goes wrong they won’t help!

I normally do not answer cold calls but I did this time. Felt regretful for wasting a lot of time. They offered to flush my water heater for free. I appreciated their intention to serve the community with a reasonable hope to get some work. But I am very disappointed with the way the owner handled issues. Long story short, the flush caused leaking of the drain valve and damaged the dry wall of the pedestal. The owner refused to repair the damage. Their attitude is not trying to solve a problem and to be responsible. Instead they refuse to talk. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I am attempting to contact Adair Plumbing in reference to another company in Mesa, Az called Universal Energy that I believe they are associated with. Universal Energy contacted for marketing purposes even though my number was on the do not call list. So far, I am getting roadblocks from Adair Plumbing....wonder if they own Universal Energy....

Our water heater went out. They got us in on the same day.
They were friendly and efficient.
Great service.

Took multiple different people to complete a same day job over the course of three days. It was still incorrect when they finished and ended up having to deal with a leak. Also if you only have afternoon availability, don't schedule a repair from them. I kept receiving the excuse that their guys only work until 1:30 everyday.

Adair Plumbing has performed work on 90% of our projects. We work together very closely throughout the contracting phases from rough in to fixture installation and have built a solid relationship on quality work and trust over many years. Adair has been our first choice for plumbing and we will continue to include them in future projects

Water heater became defective over night. They came out first thing the following day with a new heater, replaced it and I had hot water again by 10am. Price was competitive.

We had a Green Monster Solar Hot Water Heater installed in 2010. In May of this year, 2015, it began to make weird noises and we shut it down. We had Adair Plumbing come out and check it because they were the Installers of the Unit. Again this was in May. Adair returned in June, 2015 to examine the panels and to get the Serial numbers on them. At this time, we were told that it would take 30 to 90 days to receive the Warranty Panels and to make an appointment as soon as they received them. We called the first of September and were told they were back ordered. We called the first of October and was told they should be here any day.
October 19, 2015 we called Adair and got the same answers but was given the phone number to call FAFCO to get an answer from them. ADAIR informed me that they represent GREEEN MONSTER in the claims of the equipment. FAFCO informed me that they make the panels 24 hours a day and that they ship them out daily. We called back to Adair and informed them of this and got the Claim numbers of the panels. Upon calling FAFCO back with the numbers, we were informed that they know nothing about ADAIR and the claim. That, they only deal with Reid Head Plumbing in Arizona. Again, FAFCO did not have any knowledge of ADAIR Plumbing on File.
October 20, 2015 we called ADAIR and informed their representative that FAFCO did not know anything about ADAIR Plumbing. The representative informed me that they would speak with the Owner of ADAIR. The Owner of Adair called me back and informed me that their attorneys informed them not to handle the Green Monster claims due to many Law Suits brought upon Green Monster. When asked why he did not inform us earlier he could not give me an answer.
As you can see we had several communications with ADAIR and the point of not taking care of the Warranty was not discussed.
In the mean time we have been without a Solar Hot Water Heater for 6 months now and have lost money on our utility bill.

We have used Adair a number of times over the past 5 years or so. Each time they have been prompt, professional and knowledgeable. This most recent experience was no different and I appreciated them even more this time as they came to fix a problem created by another plumbing company. I should have called Adair in the first place!

Just had Adair plumbing out to unblock my bath drain. He was on time, friendly, and got the job done quickly. But most important to me, I felt like he was honest.

Our RO system had stopped working recently and Adair Plumbing did an awesome job fixing it! The customer service was great and extremely efficient. The fix was done in a very timely manner and everything has been perfect since. Chris was who helped us and he was so friendly even with my son who still has the pez dispenser Chris gave him! I would highly recommend Adair plumbing!

This company is a complete joke and a rip off. I worked for doug adair which was operating and call room. My wage was $15 a hr thats i EARNED and they forced me to sign a paper that if i left they would take my money from me. They knew my predicament and took it for weakness. They are a scam very unprofessional and has the managers who are operating his buisness doing cocaine. They ripped me off for my money. They are very unprofessional. If i were you i would look at the BBB ratings as well as go visit the office in person before hiring them the solar and plumbing buisness has to be a joke and doug adair and his managers were csught for fraudulent on selling leads behind peoples backs.

Seven years age we purchased a 10-year service contract with Adair for a semi-yearly air-conditioning and plumbing service call. Now they are refusing to honor their commitment and I am out almost $2000. DO NOT do business with them. They are NOT an HONORABLE company!

I've called on Adair plumbing multiple times for various issues from broken irrigation pipes to central A/C issues. I have always gotten a FAST and RELIABLE response. I have been so impressed with the skill level and the customer service I have received from them. I will definitely be using them moving forward and recommend them to anyone needing service.

A little disappointed with the cancellation of first visit without notice. The second appointment hour later than the 8 to 10 time window. Excellent service after Robert got here. Very professional and efficient. Cleaned up when he was done. Happy with his recommendations and service.

Our water heater started leaking yesterday afternoon and we had to shut the water the house off. Called at 8:00am and spoke with Barbie. She said she would check with plumber and call me back. She called right back and the plumber (Robert Adair) was in Phoenix on a job and should be at are our house by noon. Robert arrived at 12:00. The water heater was bad so it had to be replaced. Robert went and got a new one and installed it. It was not an easy installed as he had to move the solar heater. This is my second time using Adair and I’m impressed.

Adair plumbing installed a Fafco solar hot water heater in my house,big mistake, didn’t save any money on our bill.Recently we were only getting about 2 hot showers until the water would get cold.I called Adair and a technician came out to check the unit he said everything was good ,when he moved the pump on the floor,it started to leak bad.I had to drain the solar tank myself because the technician said if he drained it ,he would have to charge me.The technician left,with unit still leaking,he said he needed parts that he did not have! I made several attempts to contact him,left messages,no one fromAdair has tried to contact me to make things right.So I guess I will have to fix the solar heater myself,worst customer service,I’ve ever experienced ! So anyone reading this,please stay away from Adair plumbing and Fafco solar products

Extremely disappointed in the total and absolute lack of responsiveness of Adair Plumbing despite my some 15 attempts during the past five months requesting them to change out the substandard water heater they installed in my home: an issue I brought to their attention within days after installation. Never even received a response to my final request to refund $475 of the $1300 charged and I would give them back their water heater so that I could offset at least some expense of a quality replacement.

Purchased a solar water heater five years ago and had nothing but problems with it. Only worked properly a total of a year. Constantly has errors and now does not even work. You would be better off burning the $10,000 to heat your water. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!! DO NOT BUY

Called Adair regarding a problem with my air conditioning. Within the hour, Adair had a tech in the area stop by to take a look at the situation. Tech was courteous and worked quickly to solve the problem. Overall a great experience.

I had an emergency on Christmas Eve. All the big plumbing places said not until Wednesday! ? Gary answered right away and we had a new water heater installed within 2 hours thanks to Cory. Great experience. Recommended!
