Had Gilbert L come out and unclog a drain for me. He was fast, efficient and friendly. I could see though that the wear of other people has gotten to him as he had to gauge where I was coming from with my questions. I hope that more people understand it is not a fun job to have but we need people to do work that we cannot do on our own.
