I had Dunn Plumbing come out to add another Hose Faucet to our home and to fix a drip on the irrigation line. They completed their work but a few days later I found that the Irrigation line had broke in a different area then the place they had done their repairs. So I called and they said they could not come until Monday afternoon. I was not happy as that meant I had to make about 50 trips to take water to my plants each day until they came out. That was upsetting. I said ok to Monday. I did get a call back shortly after scheduling and he said he would come out within the hour. I was thrilled. He brought his son as he had no sitter but wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I really appreciated his taking time to come out and take care of the leak instead of waiting till Monday. I would recommend Dunn Plumbing as he care about his customers.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
