What a mess! I got a sewerscope & may have been given the thumbdrive of it. As I couldn't find it, I called & requested they send a link to the video. If they said they didn't make videos--just the thumb-drive--that would have been fine: we would have moved on & figured out what to do. Instead, the woman who answered the phone told us that she was going to email the video link. The next day we called again & the same person said that she sent it to a guy named Tom. There is no Tom associated with this transaction. We called again & she again mentioned that she already sent it to Tom, but she'd send it again; it never arrived. I had another person call a few days later & the woman said she will 'send it now.' I called later that day & she said that it was my fault because I received the thumbdrive & must have lost it. She said that she will now ask the person from Allied who did the scoping if he has a copy to forward to me. I asked if there was someone who could help me besides her, as she has been giving us false information about having sent the video link going on 6 days. Then she hung up on me.
I may have been given the thumbdrive & misplaced it; or I may not have gotten it at all. I wish she had said, I don't know if there is a video--I will check & get back to you. Instead, she provided false information & promises of sending a video link, then never followed up with any of it; then she made up a person she supposedly (already) sent it to. I will not be working with Allied Plumbing & Heating again. James, the person who did the scoping, was good to work with. It's very unfortunate that the woman who answers the phone was so quick to provide false information, instead of trying to help.
