someone came to fix some plumbing in my house which they did do but in the process of fixing it they broke another part of the plumbing and are claiming they can’t come back to fix it without me putting in another work order that id need to pay for, it makes no sense for me to pay them to fix something they broke in my own house. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the help and service this company is able to provide.

I called Maynard on a Sunday afternoon and he answered my call immediately. They were there the next morning and helped me out. Very professional and fairly priced. I will use them again.

Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home.
Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening.
He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me.
He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm.

Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work.
The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain.
It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason.

Had to have our gas water heater replaced, and MD Service Plumbing did a fantastic job. Mick gave me an estimate over the phone and said he could have a crew here very quickly. I thought they would be a couple of hours so I went to the gym. Before leaving the gym I called my wife to see if they had arrived, and she said they had already come and gone. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Technician Danni was great. She seems to know HVAC and communicated with me regularly. When she wasn't able to reach me at one point, she made a decision, based upon how her Office directed her. Unfortunately, the Office had misguided her and a supervisor had to get involved. I didn't even need to present my case, as Danni had already managed that part. In fact, by the time I had picked up the message, the supervising manager fixed everything for me. I was quite impressed with how this entire situation was handled.I've owned rental properties in the area for nearly 30 years, and THIS is the type of customer service we all deserve.

A company that values the customer! I called A&A plumbing out for a minor leak in a pipe near my furnace and for low pressure in the fridge dispenser. In looking at the problems, the technician recommended to call an HVAC company as the pipe in question was part of the furnace. Then identified the dispenser issue as the shutoff valve being stuck only partially open. Neither issue took more than a minute or two to identify, and the technician simply waved it off as not worth charging for. That wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a huge deal to me. It's not even the money, but the fact that the company is willing to put the customer first and wave off something like this instead of charging a flat fee. It is greatly appreciated and I will be using them in the future!

I had three Plumbing/HVAC companies look at my water heater in two days. All three said they couldn't get the part for my new hydronic water heater that also controlled my heat and air in my condo. I called Pinnacle and he came out the next morning. By 3:00pm he had the electronic part and had my unit up and running in an hour. Don't overlook the local guys when looking for great service. This man knows his business. He knew more than the other three companies.

He knew what he was doing & got the job done.

Do not recommend. I will spare the details. I strongly suggest that you choose another business to help you. Especially when it’s an emergency.
