R&G Plumbing came out to repair a burst pipe. They capped the pipes (for about $300), but did not fix it, telling me they'll come back in a few days. They then quoted me over $4000 to finish the job (we found someone else who did a great job for less than $500). Lastly, they damaged some of the siding when they were working and have refused to fix or replace it. Working with them was a horrible experience. I will never use them again.

In comparison to other plumbing companies I have used over the years (not sure if I can name them on here), Southern Plumbing is hands down the best company with the most professional people we have ever worked with. We had a problem with our kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal and they were able to come out early in the morning (7am) to meet my schedule and had everything fixed in less than one hour. We have custom cabinets and nice hardwood floors, and I was pleased they took time to make sure nothing was scraped, banged-up, and everything stayed clean and perfect (this has been a problem with other plumbers trying to get the job done fast). I was very afraid to receive the bill because of how much other companies have charged for similar work, but when I got the bill, it were so reasonably priced I was shocked (they were not cheap just very reasonable). I will certainly use them again and would encourage anyone reading this to use them as well.

Called on Sunday afternoon with a broken water heater. New one was installed before noon on Monday. Ryan was super helpful on the phone getting our quote and getting us scheduled. I did have to hold about 15 minutes for one caller ahead of us, but it was well worth the wait. The next day Caleb was on time and professional and did a great job getting us hooked up. The installation looks clean and professional. The final price was a little more on Monday as we needed a new stand and opted for the addition of an emergency shut-off. I used their service through Home Depot because I wanted to use my Home Depot card to pay.
