I've had Good Plumbing folks out for two separate slow draining / clogged pipes (one shower, one kitchen sink) in the past couple of months. Both times, they've been prompt (same day or next day appointments available) and done a great job of explaining the issues and recommendations, as well as long term planning for old pipes in our home. I've also found them to be considerate and respectful and not pushy. All their plumbers put on their boot covers each and every time they step in the house. It's the little things, but not every company has that expectation, and I appreciate that Good Plumbing upholds that standard and takes pride in both the work they do and the customer service too.

Excellent all around. David and Xavier came out to discuss my options for replacing an aging water heater and installing a water softener/filter system. Both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me several options without pressuring me into anything. The work they've done so far has all been top-notch! I've never had as great of an experience with any contractor, plumber, handyman, electrician, etc. as we've had with Day & Night. We've had them out to our house at least six times now to help with a flooded basement, low water pressure, a burst pipe, installing all new faucets - pretty much the works. Each time they've shown up on time (if not slightly early), and always knew the best solution without forcing us into unnecessary extras. The cost is always reasonable and the plumbers are responsive and professional. Tawn showed up at our house today within two hours of our call and fixed an issue we've been having with our kitchen sink SO fast. I can't recommend this company enough.

Although they were quick to come and provide an estimate and it was an extremely fair estimate compared to all the others that I sought their overall work was not up to par. They had to dig a trench through the front yard to replace a damaged pipe however the clean-up was terrible. 5 months later the yard is still torn up and on top of that there is still apparently a leak in the pipe. I thought that my last water bill was still high due to the repair being done in mid December but now I am seeing water leaking out towards the side walk again.
