Same-day service from a friendly and competent professional who didn't talk down to me and was kind to my kid & dog. Saw me wearing a mask and immediately went to mask up too (thank you, I'm immunocompromised) -- and happily went to work. They didn't settle with just making the offending toilet flush again -- they told us what happened and why, and let us know what they noticed might be a sign of trouble down the road without trying to upsell. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber.
ETA: they were right about future trouble, and came back to diagnose and give us some solid advice and recommendations to follow up. Same great experience as the first time. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they didn't charge for diagnostics.

Doug responded to my major outside plumbing line leak. Showed up exactly when he promised every time. Gave me options for repair or replacement. Went the extra mile to get my crisis handled quickly. We have frequently used the services of Thos.E Clark since moving to washington 13 yeares ago with no clue who to call. We have been 100% satisfied each time. There teally IS a difference -- a good one -- dealing with a multi-generational family business! Prompt, neat, polite and above all 100% competent. I have read that some think they are more expensive that others. I do not know about that. I DO know that to attract and retain a team of experienced, well-trained and skilled technicians, they have to be paid properly....and that the result is consistently high service. We recommend witout reservation.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Juan fixed a pinhole leak in one of the pipes in our basement that I had trouble finding the source of. Je was professional, courteous and quick.

Paul and his whole team made my Gas conversion extremely smooth, My gas line/bar was installed in last day of October, little room left before freezing. A neighbor referred Paul, he offers the soonest install schedule, very friendly price/quote, most importantly to me, is the most considerate installation plan of new fixture positions with existing ones. And very quick follow up on the rebate submission.

Overall I had very satisfactory experiences with Paul. I would continue refer Paul to anyone that seeks my opinion for plumbing works in Metro Boston.

Otto Seidel has been my plumber on Capitol Hill since 1982. Yeah, he has no customer service for jobs he doesn’t do... he’s likely pushing 80 and he is the guy doing the work.

You are blessed and highly favored if you encounter this true master plumber. I have yet to find something on my 100+ year old house’s plumbing that he could not fix.

Keston consistently does quality work. I've hired him three times this past year and each time he surpassed my expectations. His rates are reasonable and he finishes the job on time, and keeps a neat and tidy work environment. I would highly recommend this plumber. He's also a very good guy and shows up on time to his appointments.

I can’t thank Absolute enough, Derek Hawk came out to give me an estimate to fix the problems the “I” created.Not only was he totally professional and understanding he even educated me on how not to create an issue like that again. He also came back the next morning and fixed my garage door problems himself. Completely replaced everything!Absolute is the only overhead door I’ll keep in my phone now! WL Gary proudly says they've been in service for 120 years but they still never learned how to work with customers.

My advice to you before you work with this company is to ask for a free estimate. This way you can get a quote on how much it will cost and their recommendation so that you can compare it with other companies. If they don't provide a free estimate, other companies will. Take your hard earn money else where.

I made a mistake of having them come without asking for a free estimate. They failed to let me know that the visit will cost money, they failed to tell me that there will be a service charge, and they failed to tell me what their rate is. I ended up having to pay for their visit despite: (1) never telling me what their rates and service charges are or that there will be one and (2) giving me the wrong diagnosis and wrong recommendation.

I was having water leaks because of condensation. WL Gary recommended I replace the whole HVAC unit and hungrily wanted to charge me $4,000+ and that this was the only way. I had another company come give me a free estimate and this other company said I just needed to replace the insulation around my pipes for $300+ and adjust my water pan. I decided to go with the other company and have the insulation replaced. After replacing my insulation and adjusting my water pan, it fixed my leak 100%.

After their poor customer service which was a huge red flag for me and lack of interest in giving back money they charged me for doing nothing other than give me a wrong recommendation, I am really glad I did not trust WL Gary.

Beware of this company and make sure you get a free estimate from different companies.
