I called DC Plumber based on a suggestion from my cousin and was he right! They showed up early which is unheard of with most companies and where able to fix the clogged pipe under the kitchen sink. They also gave me some pointers on what not to put down the garbage disposal to avoid similar issues in the future. Super friendly and personable.... and a great price to boot! If you are in need of an honest plumber in DC then give DC Plumber a call, you will not regret it!

Okay, I was desperate. A pipe burst and I called All PRO Plumbing of Hillsboro, OR. I asked for their rate. $160 per hour. Gulp. But, I did mention I was desperate right? With cold temps here in Portland, all plumbing companies were busy. So I call the fire dept non emergency unit and they helped me turn off the water at the property line. Three hours later All PRO shows up (5:00pm) and they are very nice. Within 30 minutes they've turned off my water valve to the hose bib and turned back on the water at the property line. They give me a tutorial on how to do this myself for both my outdoor faucets. Then they write up my bill. For less than 30 min of service, which is now after hours, $365! That's 2 hours minimum service (what?!) and a $45 trip charge. Funny, they didn't mention that on the phone. Mind you, they didn't fix the broken pipe or remove the damaged sheetrock and insulation. No, but they're willing to come back to fix the pipe and recommend a company to handle the sheetrock. No thank you. Nice fellows but I've never felt so taken advantage of. I know it's cold and plumbers are busy, but All PRO didn't gain a loyal customer through this experience.

Brandon did a great job! Very responsive, flexible, and great advice as we were doing some of the work ourselfs. Very fair on price. We will definately give Brandon (Cobb Plumbing) a call on all future needs.

Rick and Mike were great. They called before coming and were right on time. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. The installs of my toilets went smooth as silk. Both Rick and Mike cleaned up so well it's like you never knew they were here. Price was absolutely perfect as well. Will definitely be referring people to Rick and Mike at Discount Drain & Sewer Cleaning. Thanks again for great service which is so hard to find now days.

AMAZING service. I called on Friday afternoon of a long weekend. Even though I was not an existing customer and lived a long way away, Renato called me back, told me what to do, and came the next day, Saturday, to replace the heater. WOW!!!!

PEX Pipe Installation - replaced Quest pipes - Scott and Dave were excellent! They gave a fair and honest price; communicated concerning their availability and showed up on time! They even cleaned up! We now have a Go To plumber.

I had a leak in my main water line to my house on labor day right after celebrating my wife's birthday the previous day. Wayne showed up on short notice, on a holiday to fix my leak at a great price. He stayed until the job was completed. I have found my new plumber. His character and work ethic does all the talking. This is a guy you can trust. He used the proper methods and tools to pinpoint the leak and repair it without have to remove my tree or tear up my concrete. A+

My air went out at 10 pm last night , I called this morning and they were here by 9 am. By 9:45 am I have cold air and very satisfied! My technician was very professional and knowledgeable, Would recommend Goettl to anyone who needs help. 😊 Kevin was truly a life saver and very knowledgeable!

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

I hired Adam Pease to renovate my master bathroom. The work was poorly planned and sloppy which led to delays and added expense for him and me. It was clear that he was in over his head. I had to hire someone else to fix his work and complete the project. When I asked him to pay for a portion of the $7k it cost me to fix his work and complete the project, he blocked my phone number and stopped returning my calls. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
