We were looking to replace an older tankless hot water heater with one that had recirc built-in. Jacob was the only one to realize we didn't need TWO hot water heaters and that we could consolidate and put in a dedicated recirc line serving the whole house. He explained his rationale clearly, listened carefully and responded to all our questions, and did a top-notch job, on time and on budget. He also found and fixed two problems along the way!

It was a great experience from start to finish! Our AC completely went out 5 days before our scheduled install. They sent someone out the next morning to fix it until our new install, free of charge! Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to thank 2 Sons Plumbing for everything they did for us. They worked quickly to assess and address the issues we were having with our plumbing and made sure everything worked just as it should. At 11:30 am this morning I had a new refrigerator installed that needed a water line brought in for the ice maker. Although I figured it would be weeks to find a plumber with availability, West Seattle Sewer and Drain noted Bill could head right over. Bill arrived within a half hour, he had all the parts that he needed and finished the job by 1:00 PM! Incredible!!!! Bill did a quality job, was very timely and professional and would get three thumbs up if I had them!!! Nice work - and highly recommended!

This electrician is wonderful! I've used him several times, and he's always done an excellent job. He arrived on time, did an excellent job installing the faucet, and provided a quotation for my next assignment in record time.

We had a clogged gutter pipe which was very hard to detect. David from All Sewer repair came and used Hydro jet to unclog the pipe, but it didn’t work. Then he used camera to find the clog. My home gutter line was pretty complex, and David had to try to use the camera from different locations to find the clog. After a while, he was able to pin point where the clog was and explained the process to fix it. He had to dig the ground and cut open the pipe and found roots from tree growing inside the pipe which clogged it. The people who installed it did a very poor job by use duct tape to join the pipes, through which the roots penetrated. This was then fixed properly and pipes were unclogged.
I was really happy with David’s work, he was very knowledgeable and professional and no one could come close to match his price.

We booked Bryan to fix a leakage in the toilet. He arrived on time, very professional and easily identified the issue. Charges are also reasonable amongst all the other plumbers we reached out to.

My part never arrived and they didn't try to fix the problem.
